More insight on just how scummy and jewish Ethan & Hila (H3H3 podcast) are has emerged in a lawsuit recently filed by their housekeeper (kiwis love lawsuits right?).

Ethan & Hilas housekeeper of ~4 years suffered from a hernia. She told Hila in June that she was going to need a surgery in July. The housekeeper was fired 2 days after she told hila about needing time off.

The juicy part is it appears they commingled their personal funds with Teddy fresh. This will fuck them. Hope it fucks them good.

Grfiter Mark Edward Kern, AKA Grummz who has been pretending to work on his EM-8ER game for almost a decade with nothing to show for it, has been beaten to the punch on Steam for an Em-8ER game by dev/publisher "Cummz" that appears to be about his ex-wife getting blacked and other characters wondering where his video game is.
It was previously listed on steam with a release date of April, but appears to have gone live at some point on the 8th as a trashy f2p porn game that managed to even get announced on twitter for some reason with a confirmed still single digit(at the time of finding this shit) player count on steam(it's more than his own game at least).

While Grummz is currently active on twitter within the past half hour, it is unknown if he is aware of this yet although he has been tagged about it.

Well, this would be fine, but the issue is that EarthUpdates has been found to have been involved in some very borderline and suspicious activity.
One of these xeets, seen above, would go viral, and would result in it getting a Community Note explaining why it's literally engagement farming, for which EarthUpdates promptly deleted it.

As a result of this (and EarthUpdates being relentlessly made fun of on Xitter), EarthUpdates decided to create a live Xitter space to 'debate those evil lolicons'. However, it didn't go exactly as he planned, as he was exposed live for having a Discord server where a grown adult (most likely him) pretended to be 13 in order to groom minors, and he permitted it.

He then had a Bathtub Ross-tier spergout as tons of other Xitter users came to join in and post laughing emojis. (Please note: EarthUpdates is most certainly a White man pretending to be black.)

Speaking of the Discord server, here are some of the the "greatest hits" that were discovered after this Xitter space had ended.

EarthUpdates, seeing all of this coming out, did the right thing and owned up to his mista-... oh, nevermind, he just deleted the entire Discord server in order to purge all of the evidence.

For previous context, Jason Hall/Pirate Software DMCA'ed a game from Steam because the developer posted a clip of his game with Jason's voice on Reddit. A video then came out which leaked direct messages with the developer & developer's lawyer (@Mario Cerame ). Between this was direct messages with "KhronosVII", the lead moderator of Pirate Software.

After people did some digging, it turns out KhronosVII has been identified as a nonpracticing lawyer from the Citizens Advice Bureau. Although he wasn't an attorney for Jason, he did threaten the original developer of the game with a lawsuit on the behalf of Pirate Software.
