FOIA? I'm not super knowledgeable about that stuff. One thing I didn't mention in the OP because it didn't really bear fruit is I found in late 2006 the government fulfilled a FOIA request for info related to Francis E. Dec. I suspect it was the Dec Fanclub because I think I saw an update there soon after that. So it seems to indicate they have something, but it could be stuff that's already out there.1000014578.png

I meant more like his disciplinary and medical records, if he had any run ins with MPs and the such.
