Another libshit federal judge, in Massachusetts this time, has issued another ex parte TRO on Trump's NIH rate change executive order. By the way, emergency appeals to the Supreme Court from RI and MA are heard by the negress, and from NY by the wise latina

This is pure gaming the judicial system and severe abuse of due process by use of ex parte to achieve political objectives. Time to start filing federal lolsuits in Texas and Alabama and do the same thing or it will never end

Trump should remind them he has the power of the pardon and multiple prisoners would very much like to speak with these judges.

This is about as popular as pizza made with a whole wheat base.

The answer you get depends wildly on the form the question takes, so you should be looking at the words in the question rather than the answers.
In this case "trying" suggests failure and "take over" suggests some kind of unheroic conquest.
You would get different results with a logically equivalent question that didn't suggest that only a retarded villain would think it was a good idea.

They aren't even pretending these are legit they have zero legal reasoning in the filings and are only accepted because they effectively knew what judge was on call and that they would rule in their favor.

Pretty clear that Trump is going to ignore all of them as the ones filed last week are complaining that they aren't being followed already.

Also investigations should be opened on every Judge to see how much money they got from USAID and other sources since we know for a fact they have all taken money in some form.
