If Trump is smart he makes sure the peace deal also includes binding commitments on support for rebuilding ukraine.
I think the US has already paid enough to support ukraine, but now it is europes turn to open their wallets.
I am thinking it could include a list of countries and amount they are bound to send to ukraine every year to rebuild the country and modernize it.
Something like :

1, Germany 10B$/year for 10 years
2, France 8B$/year for 10 years
3, The baltic states, 1B$/year each for 10 years
3, The nordic countries 2B$/year for 10 years
...

And all the countries must sign off on this.
Or explain why they hate Ukraine and loves Putin.
Perhaps a sharp increase in income tax to fund it?

EDIT: Also the proposal to relocate 500k palestinians to ukraine is really good. 500k palestinians, just a 5-10 hour bus ride away from re-settling in Germany is a wet dream to be honest. I demand that Trump restores USAID so they can fund these busses.
