I agree. That is definitely not Anna. The shoes are wrong and look at the toes, this person can left her toes. Anna cannot. This person does not stand or walk like Anna. Also, a hand is visible and those are not Anna’s freaky Egyptian fingers. Also, the calves aren’t the right shape—her calves are a very distinct shape she’s had since childhood.

Is it ever normal to do lipo and skin removal at the same time? I thought that you needed to give the skin time to adjust... also with swelling, seems weird to tighten the skin right away?

@brooky It’s standard practice to remove skin and lipo at the same time. For example, when they do an abdominoplasty surgery, the surgeon will lipo the mons, and also the areas at each end of the scar to reduce potential dog ears. What is NOT normal is a plastic surgeon being in the OR while a fucking dermatologist does the lipo. Its normally a plastic surgeon doing it.

Also NOT normal for the patient undergoing the procedure to be wearing their glasses while in the OR. This whole setup reeks of all kinds of safety violations.
