Phil would completely burn the kino casino bridge if he bitches out of this interview. I would guess ppp had to pressure phil into finally going through with it, phil was trying to give steve the runaround when they were initially trying to set up the interview so I doubt Phil even wants to do this interview at all, he's just doing it for ppp.

Depending on how this interview goes, I'm kind of expecting it to be the end of the kino arc. I think ppp will have steve get everything else out of phil he wants and then they'll move on from working with phil. Or they'll keep milking him, I'm really not sure but this would be a good way to end the arc.

You must be in a different timezone.

It's supposedly in roughly one day from now, you can see it in the YouTube video up there if you're not sure (the "live in x hours"). I assume it will be late for you when it broadcasts, but normal time for burgerlanders.

I'm positive that what you said here happened, Steven wanted this interview for almost a month, I remember Phail vaguely talking about being "in talks" for another interview and then in one Lard and Tard show where they had Steven on he flat out said that he wants to interview Phil on his scams but Phail kept delaying it. Ironically playing hard-to-get screwed him over more than if he just did it a week after Steven asked him whether he wants an interview because it gave Steven way more time to gather info. Additionally, I can tell you that he was very receptive when it came to being helped researching and appreciative if you sent him clips and evidence regarding any of the scams, like the tax scams, the "coincidences" in the bank leaks etc.

Still, as optimistic as I am about this I don't think this'll be nearly as funny as SideScrollers because Phil was completely caught off guard on that one while he knows he's in for a pounding on Truth Seekers. All I hope for is some new weird pity lore he'll drop out of nowhere, I've seen people saying that he'll most likely use Khet's medical issues as a shield to try and get Steven to back off and I'm inclined to agree.
