Are we gonna get a clean sweep on all Trumps nominees lol reddit must be seething
Well, Gaetz withdrew.

At the end of the day, losing a floor vote would be an embarrassment, because you’re expected to know whether they’ll make it or not.

I’m not saying that’s how it SHOULD be, but you have to consider how much gladhanding goes on before any of the procedural stuff actually happens. Weeks and weeks of meeting senators personally

The reality is that these people will never stop unless they start arresting people and throwing them in prison. The moment that happens, assassinations will go through the roof. Soros and cronies WILL start trying to kill Trump and his allies.
Don't they already do this? Like donnie over here had 2 attempts on his life plus legal warfare?

Gaetz was a Representative in the US House. The Senate does confirmations

Remember that this is the note that Mitch's political career ends on. Even if Patel doesn't get in (all indications at the moment say otherwise), the two most controversial appointments put forward by Trump got through despite his backstabbing faggotry that has stretched back all the way to Donald's first term.

Mitch McConnel will leave Washington a failure; assuming he lives long enough to retire next year.
