It's all run like a slave plantation. The men get all the relevant shit done while the women get to stay in the big house so long as they can keep the men from revolting. Half the reason trade work has fallen off with young men is that they don't want to work for women that act like men. They forced a shitload of women into the trades over the last 20 years and maybe 20% of them are capable of doing the job. 50% just quit, and the 30% that sucks at the job but refuse to leave get forced into managerial roles because nobody wants them on a job site. Now you've got a woman named Lexus telling you to spit your chew out while you're trying to dig up a culvert pipe. Nobody wants that shit. Let men do men shit and they'll be a lot less miserable all the time.

I also think it's very stupid to put women in those roles because then they're exposed to chemicals that can damage their eggs/fertility in general.

What we need to go back to is having neurological issues diagnosed by neurologists and not random teachers and psychologist. AD/HD is a neurological disorder not a behavioral disorder as is autism. There is neurological tests that aren't even carried out anymore because doctors just go after 5 minutes ITS AUTISM YOU WIN A SPECIAL SNOWFLAKE!

I work with people neurologically impaired by autism and its very clear when its snowflake and when its real. I work with the adults that they want to hide exist with real autism because it would ruin the neurodivergent unicorn theory they want to portray if they knew that real low end autism is a 60 year old infant masturbating in a corner while bashing their head against a wall.

I believe in the freedom of speech and assembly, but come on dog look at these people. This is precisely why my trepidation towards the colorblind meritocracy approach hasn't gone away. I could be glib and point out that the Indian subcontinent has never produced anything of merit but this isn't the India Hate thread so I'll settle for pointing out that you simply cannot assimilate a group of people who are willing to disrupt the peace of their host nation just to bleat about the nation they "fled" from.
