I mean....I think that is a pretty legitimate interpretation. In what insane world does Congress get to dictate to the president how to do his job to the degree of telling him who he must delegate his power to. Any reasonable interpretation of the speration of powers throws that out right away. The closest you get is that they get to confirm the secretaries he nominates and that is pretty much it.

Infighting is probably gonna be the most realistic answer to any question like this. The half-dozen or so factions that make up the democratic party's coalition are going to go from teeth clenched teamwork to a hot war when they can no longer deny the democrats aren't winning. In particular, the moderates and the radicals are gonna be at each other's throats.Their money runs deep. There's private investment management companies out there with trillions in assets, and a fair number of them are in the Democrats' upper echelons' pockets.
Granted, ripping their tendrils out of the government is a massive shift of power and they definitely don't command the kind of money they did before Trump took office, but these faggots have money stashed everywhere and they own endless mechanisms to make more.
