Once again, he was a fake coach. He claimed, repeatedly, to be a licensed USA Boxing coach. False.1. 6/17/24 Despite how many refused until recently to believe that Aaron was ever a coach at all (as opposed to simply an unlicensed one), there's always been footage of Aaron at another of Scott's pep talks breaking the students into groups to circulate through drills run by "coaches" "Manny, Colin, Aaron, and John":
And it's before Scott called him out and specifically said "no more" on February 6.11. 2/4/25 Not quite persona non grata yet, Aaron gets a friendly shout-out from a student and Jon as though this temporary hiccup never happened:
People just keep breaking up with Aaron, soon he'll be reduced to trolling the sauna at Fat Rick's gym after being banned from 109 other gyms. And it's before Scott called him out and specifically said "no more" on February 6.
It's not true! Aaron hasn't been broken up with by Scott and his gym.People just keep breaking up with Aaron, soon he'll be reduced to trolling the sauna at Fat Rick's gym after being banned from 109 other gyms.
Sounds like a very butthurt way to say,It's not true! Aaron hasn't been broken up with by Scott and his gym.
It turns out the charismatic presence of Coach Toe was too much for Scott to lose and Aaron was present on tonight's boxing stream and therefore is still welcome at their events even though the gym is registered with USA Boxing and Aaron is currently suspended by USA Boxing. Which is... a little surprising to anyone who has read SafeSport's rules.
Aaron even had Coach Scott record a 5 minute promo during the stream where they confirm Aaron has not been kicked out, but Scott calls Aaron an "attendee". Aaron prods again about the "attendee" rather than "coach" language at 3:00, at which point Scott says "you're just an attendee, to be technical" and both Aaron and Scott agree that "background's getting knocked out."
Scott then says the background "should" get knocked out because a law firm has gotten involved. The firm they mention appears to be Kelm & Reuter in St. Cloud, the firm of Casey Kolb, a lawyer Aaron has used in the past, including for his divorce (as mentioned during the below clip)
It appears that Scott believes that Aaron is in the clear for as long as he is not considered a coach.
I would admit this is a win for the Toe but only partially as Aaron has proven he has not been kicked out of his gym, but also pushed too far and proved that he was lying when he claimed that Scott was talking about a different person with regards to the background check.
Eh, Id say its more of a distraction from his looming revenge porn trial. Keanu let it slip on her recent stream that the picture of Kayla was one Aaron himself had taken. She needs to learn to keep her mouth shut.I would admit this is a win for the Toe but only partially as Aaron has proven he has not been kicked out of his gym, but also pushed too far and proved that he was lying when he claimed that Scott was talking about a different person with regards to the background check.
Aaron took the picture, but then Kayla sent him the same picture he already had if he took it? How does that work? Did he take it on her phone?Eh, Id say its more of a distraction from his looming revenge porn trial. Keanu let it slip on her recent stream that the picture of Kayla was one Aaron himself had taken. Aaron has so many nudes of Kayla - some taken by Aaron, some by Kayla, and some by Nick - that everyone's getting mixed up over which exact nude he sent to Geno. Aaron's Google Photos probably has a directory with hundreds of compromising images of Our Wife in there, some solo and some involving Aaron.Aaron took the picture, but then Kayla sent him the same picture he already had if he took it? How does that work?
All I know is the probable cause statement, which led to Aaron's arrest warrant, states that Kayla ("K.R.") shared nude images through the polycule's Signal group. The implication here is that's where he got the image he shared with Geno.Aaron has so many nudes of Kayla - some taken by Aaron, some by Kayla, and some by Nick - that everyone's getting mixed up over which exact nude he sent to Geno. Though, to be fair, Nick has a similar directory - also with images of Kayla with Aaron - that he took through the crack in the door
Sean covered some of this crap tonight. He's of the opinion that how Aaron obtained the image is mostly immaterial- the law covers dissemination. As the agreement about the group is likely not stored (at least on Aaron's convenient underwater phone), the right to distribute becomes a he said / she said. And Aaron likely did distribute it, provided they can manage to get Geno on the stand. All I know is the probable cause statement, which led to Aaron's arrest warrant, states that Kayla ("K.R.") shared nude images through the polycule's Signal group. So, it seems to me one of two things happened here: Either Aaron took the picture on Kayla's phone and she shared it via Signal, or Keanu is just wrong about Aaron taking the picture.
It would not make sense for Aaron to take the picture on his phone, and then have to receive the picture via Signal. He'd have it on internal storage the moment the picture were taken.
But really, unless Aaron took the picture serendipitously, without her consent (an entirely different crime, and something Nick hasn't even claimed, as he freely admits he wife was sharing her nudes around), I am not sure what difference it would make.
UNLESS... K.R. and N.R. are lying, and Aaron did take the picture, with Kayla consent, and the agreed upon terms of the Signal group they rely on to prove Aaron was not authorized to share with others is inappostate because it wasn't sourced from the Signal group where that agreement applied. Maybe there were things between the two of them on the side.
Now there's an interesting thought.
I would agree with Sean.Sean covered some of this crap tonight. He's of the opinion that how Aaron obtained the image is mostly immaterial- the law covers dissemination.
You dont think his looming felony conviction weighs on his mind? The distraction isnt from Keanu its from the whole case. Not to mention all the money this is costing him.I would agree with Sean.
What Keanu is claiming doesn't move he ball in either direction for Aaron. So I don't know why anyone would claim he would need a distraction from the claim Keanu is making.
I think that if he honestly thought he was gonna get got on the felony, he would have pled out to the misdemeanor. Even Nick, with his coke holed brain eventually saw the wisdom in a plea deal to mitigate the carnage. And Aaron is not a stanger to pleading out himself. You dont think his looming felony conviction weighs on his mind?
What makes you think they offered him a misdemeanor? This is a guy who already has a previous conviction of violating an HRO. This case is probably viewed as a slam dunk for the prosecution and they offered him a felony with reduced time. Obviously he declined.I think that if he honestly thought he was gonna get got on the felony, he would have plead out to the misdemeanor. Even Nick, with his coke holed brain eventually saw the wisdom in a plea deal to mitigate the carnage.
Because I suspect they're gonna have difficulty proving the specific aggravating factors that need to be proven for the felony version of the charge to stick, as opposed to the misdemeanor. What makes you think they offered him a misdemeanor?
I must respectfully disagree on that. One of the necessary elements of the offense is:Sean covered some of this crap tonight. He's of the opinion that how Aaron obtained the image is mostly immaterial- the law covers dissemination.
Minn. Stat. § 617.261(3).(3) the image was obtained or created under circumstances in which the actor knew or reasonably should have known the person depicted had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
I'm pretty sure he did. He literally did it on his show and the two people who saw the picture he sent said it's of Kayla with her breasts fully exposed.Let me ask you this, Do you think he sent the picture to Geno?
