I went in thinking Steve would add something new to this conversation. Instead we got to hear about muh bank leaks for the millionth time. If that's your idea of entertainment, good on you.

He got Phil to watch clips of himself lying, which no one else has come in prepared to do. They might not have been the PERFECT clips (you could have stuff from a few days ago where he's shitting on his audience instead of five years ago) but that was new ground. With Phil, you can either go with the obvious fraud or the more current stuff, but if you don't watch him daily then the current scams can take a while to understand. So Steve went after the bank leaks and in my opinion did a great job proving Phil lied. Phil will never admit to anything and he has no conscience so he doesn't feel guilt, but Steve got him to look like a clown for an hour, until BSP came on and fucked it up.

I think these "interviews" keep missing the correlation between the bankruptcy, WWE Champions, and the bank leaks.

• Bankruptcy papers say Phil's business expenses are upwards of $5k a month
• Bank leaks show all Phil's expenses. There are not $5k in business expenses. There are $5k in microtransactions
• Phil admitted that TheyCallMeDSP was him

Putting these all together means that Phil committed fraud in his bankruptcy. A federal crime that carries penalties of up to 5 years in prison and $250000.

Detractors know this is obviously what happened and I'd like to see Phil confronted with this. It's not just about "Phil spent donations on kids wrestling games". Phil's correct that his wheelchairs don't care about that. It might be bigger news if more evidence gets out to a wider audience that Phil committed a felony and got away with it.

I know it won't happen, but it would be entertaining to see.

There's no way this doesn't get flagged down by Bandai. Nightrain is giving streamers like prepared video creators can use while they talk about their experince playing the demo but streaming the gameplay is a big no. He will probably get a strike on his channel for doing that.
Reminder this is the penalty of getting a strike on a your channel which Phil will get if he streams the game:

I would say that Phil kind of wanted this to happen so he could play victim and swear off the developer and bring it up constantly for years, like he does with Atlus and Persona 5. But he probably thought it would just be a warning and not no streams for a week, and it's Fromsoft, which are the only games that Phil seems to believe get him money consistently. He's already played just about every one of their games at least twice, and is saying he wants to do it again... with mods.

So I think what he's actually planning is a last second switch away fake, like he did with Fightcade. "People are telling me that I could get a channel strike? And they linked me to the exact spot on the website where it says streamers can't play it, unlike you idiots who refused to tell me where it was on the podcast the other day? I mean this is the conclusion that everyone will ultimately come to knowing the bank leaks are real.

He won't admit they are real, this is the problem. And he says, even if they are real, they don't matter .

I think the moral grandstanding about Phil scamming money from retards isn't going to work on Drama/LolCow spaces where we make fun of people with intellectual disabilities (both literally and figuratively). I could see a more friendly interview with some stings Phil would obviously miss. Like for example

"Phil you would say that microtransactions in mobile games can be addictive right?"
"Oh absolutely they can. I have some experience"
"Right you basically microtransactioned yourself into bankruptcy. Don't you think it was too much? Or were you thinking of streaming it live and claiming it all as business expenses? Would that be possible in your line of work? Have you experience in that?"

Like baiting it with honey instead of sledgehammering him. Of course THAT takes incredible skill and patience. Craig wasn't so bad in that regard as he even took "lessons" with ALT

The funniest thing about this all to me is the amount of effort that's gone into this compared to how insignificant it is. I just enjoyed the interview because Steve was beating the shit into him. I thought it was inciteful because you got to see how petulant and arrogant he is. You can also gauge how he talks or talks to Khet and that is to say "I am not done talking" or "I am talking.". It does make me give a shred of pity to her because professionally I have seen women treated like this and they are shells and lose their voice. It explains to an extent why Khet is so quiet and it explains her weight gain. She gained easily like 150lbs over 5 years which is crazy. I know she crafted her hell but I think it is not what she imagined. I believe this is why PPP does lay off her because he does not like abuse and suspects there is some internally.

I think this year Phil is going to have a huge plunge in relevancy and I do think he is going to resort to going to Keemstar. I think Keemstar is going to say no personally purely out of spite. The grift is not working now as his January and February have not been great. It is entertaining to watch because Phil has 0 poker face and his body language when he is anxious goes overkill. I do think we are seeing the end of PPP's patience and he is just readying the killswitch and that is fine. Phil cannot be a court jester like RTU or Wings because he is too draining and he is like Amberlynn Reid just repugnant in every aspect of his being.

Who knows, there were plenty of people streaming it with upwards of 5k viewers for a couple hours that it was up and I didn't see anything happen to em. I don't think people get it. These interviews aren't for us, they're for the dents. While many of them will back Phil 100% it only takes a paypig or two to watch that and have Phil saying "no one cares where their money is going" and stupid shit like that for hours, when the dents are giving him money cause they think he's about to be destitute.
