If Pxie does end up caving it would be a shame. I'm going to offer a small defense of her character and point out that she was at least one of the few orbiters in destiny's carousel of retards who didn't just copy his positions and personality. She actually stood by all of her position's and seemingly authentically defended them despite it triggering the fuck out of his community, which was realistically the only pool of people she could ever gain a following from.

Obviously, being a race-realist who hates democracy probably puts me at odds with her politically speaking, but I appreciate that she wasn't just a Tiny dick sucker (figuratively I mean lol).

I still think Pxie will settle with Destiny.
Also its pretty fucking obvious that he will do one of his "manifestos", he will nuke Chaery and Lav and DGG will clap.
He will say nothing about Stasia tho.
His manifesto is for his audience, they are going to continue swallowing his cum.

Edit: If pxie settles and manage to force Destiny to post on youtube an apology like "yes I share non consentual stuff" would that be a victory for her? Like Destiny saying he did it? Imo kinda but not really.

It's very strange that Destiny said he would "make a statement on everything" next week and not include pxie or stasia. It's also weird how he's backtracking on "admitting anything". If there's a manifesto, I think he'll deny again he did anything to her.

The lawsuit might blow over, but he is still completely in the wrong regardless of the POV. If he makes a manifesto it will probably just amount to character assassination of all the orbiters that went against his narrative. He will most likely try to paint them as sexual deviants to lessen bridge the gap between him and the other freaks. Not that it will matter anyway, since it does not change the simple fact that he was spreading revenge porn by his own admission.

Someone mentioned it here before but all of this is just Reality TV for his audience. He's just going to gossip about the shit Chaeiry and Lav have done in the past while glossing over the actual meat of the problem: his own criminal acts.

The Ana stuff alone was insane and should've discredited him. All the leaks show that he was actually emotionally abusing her but by the time all the facts were gathered and presented, no one cared anymore. Ana is just a side character in an old episode and they don't want to watch reruns. This is how they treat this stuff.

This would be extremely stupid no? If chaeiry or pxie are serious about lawsuits or criminal action then wouldn't this be seen as victim intimidation/harassment? It would put him in even more legal trouble.

I would assume any sort of settlement would include some kind of NDA. Regardless, there is very little reason for him to not apologize at this point, since the cat is already out of the bag. All this silence was probably to wait out any new leak that could come out so he knows how much he has to admit and apologize to in an attempt to stop the slow bleed of viewers.

It will be less entertaining if Pxie settles but settling, realistically, is the best thing Pxie can do for herself. I do hope the others soldier through but settling and shutting up could be the best route for them as well.

Im going to guess to Destiny's manifesto will be some DMs from Chaery, Pxie or others when they say something that maybe can be consent but not really, and he will say he did nothing wrong and that his DMs with straighterjade was him just "trying to be a good friend because he is also a victim" or some shit like that.
Also he will bring back old drama back to reputation destroy them.

Tiny won't do shit except what he's been doing this whole time: Sperg out, act above-it-all, and dig the hole even deeper because he can't keep his meth mouth shut for 5 seconds. Whether this will result in him getting fucked in court is still up in the air, but this Rekieta-esque shit isn't winning him any favors.
