Honestly, the Nick saga has made me far more "right-wing". (What does that even mean anymore? MAGA is so dumb that I refuse to abide by that nonsense but, holy shit, there MUST be a better way. I'll go with it for a few months.)
Again, I don't think Nick is a left vs right thing. It's a basic human decency vs indecency thing.

In is evident the support he's receiving now is not from blue-haired Kamala Harris voters with pronouns in their bios. It's from lolbert weirdos. They will vote for Trump, but they are not any stripe of conservative.

He was never a constitutional law expert. He was always a constitutional law lunatic. This dumb bastard actually rejected Marbury v. Madison. His constitutional law opinions were always pure unadulterated faggotry.
I said this at time, but if Marbury v. Madison is wrong, then the entire judicial system collapses in on itself.

"It is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is."

It's true they didn't explicitly spell out the concept of judicial review in Article III, but you know why? Because NO SHIT, SHERLOCK!

What the fuck else is the judicial branch supposed to do? Be a mindless and toothless rubber stamp for the other two? Why is it a separate third branch then? That wouldn't be very good for checks and balances, would it?

But really, Nick's stupidity extends beyond that. He doesn't believe any layer of government should have power over him. He's a lolbert. He's a man child. He's a few small steps away from being a SovCit.

As of this year, he is also a fill-in driver in the NASCAR truck racing series and driving a ford F-150 in those races. His first truck race is supposed to be at Martinsville on March 28th.
Oh, FFS! NASCAR is retarded. How can they even contemplate allowing him in trucks? What even is the point of having a progression ladder if they do that?

lmao, not only is Mr Beanie hardly getting his money's worth with a driver that can't get 6% of the way through a race, the broadcasters don't even get his URL right

sadly timecast.com is just parked and not an informative treatise on the nature of 4D time
The bottom line is Cody (Camelot) is just another shitty no name driver who now is a clear danger to other more serious drivers. As far as I know he's never won a race. It's not like he's been driving professionally a long time. Tim Pool must be sponsoring this cross dressing closet faggot in some kind of money laundering scheme. There's no other rational explanation. Hope he drops him now, but both are morons.

1) This hangs on the wall of their dining room

- This is both tragic and humorous foreshadowing (again this is from 2019). Aside from being an embarrassing demonstration of every cliche, bible-thumping, Homegoods-loving, midwestern Millennial, it's almost disturbing. They expect their children to be their army. It's rather amazing tbh. Most of us would prefer our children not to consider COURT or WARFARE for their future.
Nick and Qayla aren't part of the Quiverfull movement, those people are lunatics and pedos.

The way I was taught about the Psalms is that the kids aren't an army for fighting, but they are to be treated like arrows. An arrow is a powerful weapon when properly wielded, but it requires the archer to provide due care. Arrows must be carefully constructed with great attention paid during it's development and construction, and then properly maintained. An archer who abuses his equipment and builds shoddy arrows is going to have a bad day.......
Yes, this is a carbon fiber arrow, but the same issues apply to wooden arrows that are cracked or lifting splinters)

And when the time comes, you release an arrow out into the world it is done with care and proper aim. The Psalm is about your children being properly raised, educated, and loved so that they go forth into the world and bring glory to God and do well for the tribe. The "war" is the spiritual/cultural kind, and "court" is wherever they will encounter those who would attack or oppose their spirituality.

Could I see Balldo corrupting this to make his kids think the world is evil? Sure, but it seems like the older ones realize their dad is a tool.

I disagree. At least unless Nick actually did molest his daughter. Quiverfull is chock full of child rapists, and they eagerly defend them. Unless Nick gets charged and convicted of such offenses, he's merely the reddit lite version of that cult.
I'll take your word for it. I am familiar with Josh Drugger, at least. I am not sure how widespread that is across the entire movement though.

I'm not defending Quiverfull. I think they're creepy. My point is, I think, in coming up with that name, they were trying to use their kids as a cover to justify their drug-fueled debauchery and I think it's sick.

If what Aaron said is true, Kayla wanted her kids, and Aaron's kids, to live together in some commune type environment while the four adults partake of drugs and swinging.

The lady ain't right in the head.

And he's back, quibbling with an Aaron-hater. It's impressive how he looks for fights.

On the "near" issue. Let's just assume Aaron's version is correct (and I do): Nick & Co did drugs in the master bathroom. That's on the same floor as another bedroom housing one of his kids and about 15 feet vertically from the other four kids.

Hey, Nick. Are you really going to say that you never snorted (like the ketamine that caused the black eye) when the kids weren't there? THEY WERE! We know they were because you were arrested a day later.

Christ Almighty, we're not idiots.
Nick's cope went from "I never did coke" to "I never did coke around my kids", there's no doubt it'll keep getting worse as time goes on until it's "I only gave my daughter the appropriate amount of cocaine"

This seems like a way to avoid her fear of "being a bad mom" by dispersing the responsibility of raising her lot among the others and the older kids of both of the couples. Can't be the failed parent if the pressure doesn't just fall on her and Crackets, after all.

It also sounds like she's trying to start the village to raise the kids in. Maybe she forgot--or didn't care to realize--that the kids still need guidance. I figure that her vision of kids raising kids wouldn't be the utopia she thought of, but more like Lord of the Flies if the kids are so still so sheltered as Aaron said they were.

Oh boy! Now that the trial is over, Nick can FINALLY tell his side of the story!

And with the most consequential presidential election behind us and Trump firing at all 8 cylinders, there’s no shortage of material for Nick to cover.

Yessiree, gonna kick back, brew some coffee and relax while Nick tells me about the legal challenges to DOGE, and his panel of informed legal experts enlighten me on the theory of the Unitary Executive!

It’ll be swee—-

Oh… Dear…

What’s Nick even DOING?! Like a few months ago, someone low on the IQ pole might buy it, when he said that he’s sooooo busy with the trial against him, and he’d love to stream but THE STRESS!

Now though?!

It takes a village to raise an idiot.

Cross-posting from the Imholte thread since this may speak to Nick's future plans. This new development wouldn't make much sense unless the Balldo Bunker has been gearing up to file some sort of lolsuit against Aaron after he's convicted, just as Wil Herren recently foreshadowed:

I watched 3 minutes of this and I'm still not sure what this sperg is so angry about, to the point of throwing petty insults at Sean. Not gonna watch it all, if he can't clearly establish his complaint for that long then I must assume watching the other 10 minutes will just be a waste of time.
You made it 2 minutes longer than I could.

It took another brain aneurysm so listen to the end, but it was worth it to find one revelation that they never let slip before. At first when Geno ranted about his past discussions with some female lawyer who pissed him off, it sounded like that was just referring to a prosecutor coordinating his testimony as you'd expect. However, when that's taken with the context of later comments about said female lawyer A) being hypocrite to "defend a woman who neglected her five children," B) was speaking for "her client," C) struck "a blow to every child's protection" by defending said "client," and D) would "bend over backswards for" Nick as though he was practically as much "her client" as Kayla is, all in all it becomes abundantly clear that he's talking about Maggie Kluver, who represented Kayla in the CHIPS case and later in the criminal case:

I don't know the law, but when you're looking at a female lawyer who's fucking trying to defend a woman who neglected her five children to pose naked with a guy, so again that that guy could be distracted enough for her husband to fuck his wife, and this woman's like, "I'm gonna save women?"
There's no problem with being a lawyer who, if she wasn't a lawyer and you just talked like this you'd be like, "what a stupid cunt!"
Wife swapping, doing drugs, and neglecting children, and that lawyer - and I'll get her name - is a garbage person for fucking thinking we need to be involved in this if we don't want to go. I don't understand - this is how the law gets corrupted, she was like, "I speak for my client," and you're gonna strike a blow to every child's protection in the fucking country.
She's like, "I'm gonna" - she so has a hard on for fucking Aaron.... If it's Nick Rekieta, that's just her client. Why is she bending over backwards for him?

Why on earth would the Rekietas' private attorney have been directly haranguing the Biscontes at all, let alone so aggressively as to piss Geno off this much? Isn't that ordinarily supposed to be the prosecutor's job, with the state being the prosecutor's only "client"? WTF?

"I feel threatened [by Nick Rekieta]!"- Keanu Thompson.

Further crossposting. Keanu is ranting at Nick. Her voice annoyed me so much that I had to take a break 5 min. into it, but it's very Nick-centric. Also, I hate to back Nick but she needs to learn the legal definition of "threaten".

None of the stupid shit about Bench Warrants that Rekieta said in her chat was "threatening". Keanu and Geno, take out an HRO in NYC (easy) against Nick or shut up.
Holy shit watch this dummy Canoe tie herself in knots trying to sound smart talking about Aarons case.

Shes stuck on disseminate.

None of this would be happening to Keanu if she was able to shut up.

Might as well cross post this too since a lot of you guys post in this thread too:
To be fair to the sweepers, to sweep, you need a broom.

Nick didn't even give Aaron that dignity. He made Aaron use his tongue instead.

Hey guys! Been lurking for a while, don't plan to post regularly but I actually do have something to say:

Nick, I know you're reading this, either shit or get off the pot. If you want to "protect loved ones," then stop responding to comments and move TF on. If you actually want to address the rumors about yourself, make a scripted video where you carefully explain your side of the story. Otherwise, shut the fuck up.

My guess is that he doesn't want to do this, because he's made so many remarks and little comments, it's impossible for him to come up with a consistent lie to keep straight, so he'd rather continue half-responding to everything and outright denying the most damaging stuff.

As of this year, he is also a fill-in driver in the NASCAR truck racing series and driving a ford F-150 in those races. His first truck race is supposed to be at Martinsville on March 28th. The chevy car belongs to an ARCA team but his suit belongs to him.
I was curious about Coomie's record and turns out he has a goddamn Wikipedia page. Apparently he's just stunningly mediocre as a driver. He's done a little more than just wrecking the Cuckieta Law car twice in one night or failing to qualify due to being too goddamn slow, but sometimes he does manage to place fairly high. I couldn't imagine actually trying for a top 10 finish and losing to this faggot.

Even more strangely, the team he's racing for in the truck racing also includes former child actor Frankie Muniz (you know, Malcolm in the Middle?) whose career in racing is a lot better than ol' Coomie's. I guess it's all pay to win bullshit if you want to drive in Nascar.

In ARCA, generally you can buy your way into whatever you want. Muniz last year bought himself into a top five ARCA car and did pretty well. Camelot bought his way into a car that could get to the edge of the top ten depending on wrecks and the track he was on. Muniz IMO is a way better driver than Camelot.

I would suspect that Muniz proved he wasn't dangerous in ARCA and bought his way into the truck series in a truck that is just out there to run laps and stay out of the way. You can buy your way into NASCAR to get out on the track, but you can't really buy your way to wins at the higher levels without a whole lot of skill.

I don't understand why Tim Pool is paying Camelot's racing bills. But he must have been able to convince him to put up more money this year to get Camelot into a few (its not many) of the truck races. I could see people brushing off his crash in ARCA last year, but the Daytona Crash at the start of the season was really bad. He couldn't handle being in heavy traffic on the track and crashed out just four laps in. I suppose it will be safe if they start him at the absolute back of the field in the truck races.

Having your private attorney interact with a key witness in a criminal case involving yourself or your family is a really terrible idea in any number of ways. All these people are insane and the prosecutor in this case - if they had any sense at all - would have walked away from all these crazy people a long time ago.

But sending your wife's attorney to go harangue a witness in a criminal case is exactly the sort of nitwit legal theory I would see Nick coming up with.
