She's a public figure, and an elected representative. Which makes what she's actually doing SUPER illegal. Even if she were a private citizen, it's still really fucking illegal to do what she's currently doing. Democrat's have "Main Character Syndrome". Remember kids, no one is above the law. Unless you have a (D) beside you're name, then it's okay. 👍
She isn't warning illegals ahead of time of impending raids, this in response of AOC posting a webinar on how to handle an encounter with ICE (Or in general any police officer). I don't agree on a lot of shit AOC does but what Tom is doing is faggot tier behavior and what AOC is doing constitutes free speech.

Telling people their rights, illegal aliens or not, is protected free speech. Flashing your headlights to tell people to slow down is protected free speech at the federal and state level. you fuckers are nuts too.

you wanna cite the law she's violating?
Illegal aliens do not have the same rights as American citizens and if she is impeding law enforcement or helping criminals in anyway then it’s a crime. Flashing your lights to let people know cops are around isn’t a crime because no crimes have been committed unless of course you saw someone breaking the law then you have a duty to inform if you live in one of the states where it’s a law. Or if your a good person and not a criminal retard faggot themselves.

Oy vey. I wonder how many of the 100+ category were jewish?

If Elon starts fucking around with SS money, the jews will actually hang him. Most jews around the world collect their dead relatives SS checks, so taking it away is gonna hit the kosher community like 66AD
Wake up babe, new allegations of Jewish tricks dropped.
Why can’t I get SS, I’m only 25 it’s not like the three hundred year old guy needs it more than I do.

Besides things like credit monitoring, how else can people even check for this ahead of time?
I really don't know. Presumably the IRS would eventually track you down for unpaid taxes before you retire and you'd find out then but the real question is how do you prove it wasn't you? It'll be impossible if enough time passes.

He still has every right to look into her and every other Dem. Just like they had/have every right to look into what Trump and Elon are doing.

Prediction based on nothing but an educated guess: it will turn out he is counting Social Security records that are paid on someone else's record. A housewife or a disabled child can keep receiving income after a working man died, based on his earnings. If a man has a disabled child at age 40, the child might still be receiving benefits 80 years later. That means Social Security benefits would be paid on a record of who is (would be if he were alive) 120 years old.

Not sure what could explain the more extreme outliers instead of simply entering an incorrect age.

Edit: I see the original Elon tweet indicates it's just a list of records that are not marked as deceased. That doesn't mean they were getting any benefits. Especially in the past state death records were not automatically sent to Social Security and it still doesn't always happen. Not reporting the death of a beneficiary is a type of fraud but that's not what this list is.

Illegals don't have rights in this country because they're non citizens, you fucking moron.

Her being an elected representative makes it the exact opposite of it being super illegal. Congress critters have near complete immunity when it comes to speech related to their official capacity as a congressperson and official capacity is interpreted very broadly.

This was used to by Warren for example to immediately dismiss a defamation case against her by the Covington kid. It absolutely applies to any relevant law that she may have broken here.

More fun fact than anything, but this reminds me of the last person receiving a pension for the civil war died in 2020.

Seems like the burden of proof is on them. SSN's aren't private, so someone using my SSN isn't proof of anything.
