BOSTON (WHDH) - Boston-based nonprofit JSI Research & Training Institute laid off approximately 1,100 employees due to the Trump administration’s freeze on USAID funding.

JSI, which works “to improving lives through better health and education outcomes for individuals and communities”, confirmed the layoffs, which reduced their workforce by 50 percent.

The nonprofit said 63 percent of their annual funding came from USAID foreign assistance funds.

“In this challenging moment, JSI remains committed to improving health and education in communities here in the U.S. and around the world,” the organization said in a statement.

As if it couldn't be globohomo enough, they had to slap Bill Gates' name on it.

Social Security Numbers are the most retarded fucking thing ever and i pray to GOD that DOGE fixes them. One 9 digit number that you can't change that you use for basically all official identification (even though it was never meant for ID) when we live in an age of advanced cryptography and computer databases. Maybe 90 years ago it made sense but nowadays its retarded as fuck.
Give everyone a public/private key pair that they can use to validate their identity on official documents and let them change them once a month or something by going to a local office and providing identification.
But remember: we can't touch social security! I wonder how these numbers look for Eurotrash countries.

This is amazing, they really are doing a One Piece where each member is picking a fight with their respective mirror on the other side, none of this Trump vs. Everyone while everyone tut tuts on the sideline like before. Nakama.
Trump finally fulfilled his 2016 campaign promise and assembled a damn good team. All they needed was the guy at the top to get them in, and they're running their roles to the fullest. I bet when the inevitable post-47 books get written, they'll say these guys were given all the autonomy they needed as long as they hit the mission hard. (This includes Vance, the main VP job is to run publicity for POTUS policies, be a high profile mouthpiece arguing for the Administration, and take point on some specific initiatives. Blowing up idiots on Twitter is a key part of making the admin's arguments.)

When's the last time you got hyped for a Dept of Transportation Secretary pushing reforms and talking trash about it?

You compare it to One Piece, but remember we already established Sean Duffy is an Uchiha thanks to the Sharingan-looking symbol.

Your fault is assuming these aren’t grown children who don’t know they’re setting the building on fire. Sam Bankman thought FTX was going to save the world through funding innovative moonshots. That’s how they sleep at night: By couching motivations in optimistically detached reasoning as to why what they’re doing is beneficial to the common good.

They want an economy where you are stuck in a pod consuming. They do not want to hire you unless you are a friend. They want to replace you and every interaction you have with economy to improve their bottom line. If you’re not buying a product or spending your goybucks on slop then you’re worthless to them.
you are a nigger faggot

That's basically what Empire of Dust is about. A chinese company is building a road in the Congo and getting the locals to do absolutely anything is like pulling teeth. The logistics manager spends the whole movie just trying to buy a truckload of gravel, and it's an ordeal. The chinese are refreshingly frank about their opinions about the locals. Worth a watch.
'Empire of Dust' is the source of this meme:

The documentary is from 2011, but it was brought to /pol/'s attention in January of 2016. That was also around the time they learned Blacks enjoy eating dirt (and cornstarch; mostly by women).

She isn't warning illegals ahead of time of impending raids, this in response of AOC posting a webinar on how to handle an encounter with ICE (Or in general any police officer). I don't agree on a lot of shit AOC does but what Tom is doing is faggot tier behavior and what AOC is doing constitutes free speech.
The Democrats got two years of investigations into whether or not the President was a Russian spy based on absolutely nothing at all, they can handle a little old inquiry into whether a member of Congress was aiding criminals.

This has always been my biggest issue.

I love the tree, love the environment, big on the classic Reduce-Reuse-Recycle but it's always tied with super lefty fag shit.
Legit environmental issues like habitat and species conservation being seen as progressive makes my blood boil. I just want to help rare animals and plants without being lumped in with trannies, please.

Trump must be teaching Elon well if he keeps baiting out soyience fact checkers this well

wrong, stalker child. there are not 394 million people sucking up your tax dollars every month, it's only 73 million. do no further checking into how many of that 73 million are fraudulent from identity theft or improper death recording, or any further reading into how much social security may or may not be a pyramid scheme
Read the rest of my posts, retard.

Hundreds, that's it? Also notice all of the old people in attendance, there's a suspicious lack of youth. The funding cuts have really laid bare just how fake and engineered that most of these "movements" really are.

Hundreds of demonstrators gathered in downtown Long Beach for a “Not My President” rally on Presidents Day to protest the Trump administration and Elon Musk’s role in it.

Outside City Hall, protesters waved American and Mexican flags and homemade signs with messages such as “Impeach Trump,” “Felon + Elon = Treason” and “I’ve seen smarter cabinets at Ikea.”

Demonstrators said they were dismayed by the flurry of executive orders President Trump has signed since he took office last month, particularly ones aimed at overhauling the country’s climate policies, immigration system and reproductive rights.

“I strongly stand against the majority of what the current administration stands for,” said Amanda Salemi, 40, who was holding a sign that said “People Over Profit” and had a large rainbow flag tucked into her pants pocket.

“I believe in democracy, not fascism, not a ruler or king,” the Long Beach business operations manager said. “Our country is at risk, and I’m looking for any way I can get involved.”

Denise Trutanich and Esther Duran, both 73 and friends since high school, arrived with lawn chairs after receiving text alerts about the event.

“It’s been a long time since we’ve protested — like, the Vietnam War,” Trutanich said. “I’m so downtrodden by this whole thing. I feel like we’re going backwards.”

For the first two hours, activists gave short speeches as passing motorists honked their horns. Anthony Bryson of SoCal Uprising, who helped organize the rally, led the crowd through several rounds of: “Hey hey, ho ho, Donald Trump has got to go. Hey hey, ho ho, Elon Musk has got to go.”

Demonstrators began to march along Ocean Boulevard in midafternoon, with some heated arguments breaking out as they encountered vocal Trump supporters on the nearly two-mile route. Two women on a balcony draped an American flag and a red banner with the words “Trump 2024. Take America back” over the railing.

Like many who joined the rally, Duran expressed scorn for Musk’s high-profile role as a “special government employee” in the Department of Government Efficiency, which has aggressively slashed spending and jobs at federal agencies.

“Who is Elon Musk to even have a position?” said Duran, who held a sign that said “Elon Must Go.”

The Long Beach demonstration rally was one of many similar protests around the country Monday. In California, demonstrators also gathered in downtown Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento and Camarillo.

Many of the events were put together by the 50501 Movement, a group of grassroots organizers aiming to “uphold the Constitution and end executive overreach.”
