It means there is no history of DV towards the children. If you think that people with a history of spousal abuse don't get custody of their kids granted by the court you would be very wrong. And when the court says you have to allow the other parent to take the kid you don't get to refuse. I'm not saying that I believe he has a history of DV or not, only that it isn't relevant to Ashley's actions.
I agree with you. I am not trying to argue if the DV allegations are true or not here. Just seems weird to me that nothing further came of this.
