Canandaigua, N.Y. — Sam Nordquist, a 24-year-old transgender man who was reported missing in February, was tortured repeatedly for over a month before he was killed, according to state police.

Five people have been charged with his murder, police spokesperson Lynnea Crane said Friday.

Troopers made the arrests Thursday at Patty’s Lodge Motel in Canandaigua in Ontario County Thursday.

From early December 2024 to February 2025, Nordquist was subjected to “repeated acts of violence and torture which ultimately led to his death,” said Capt. Kelly Swift, head of Troop E’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Nordquist is originally from Minnesota and traveled to the Finger Lakes area last September. He was last known to be staying at the motel.

Police found his body in a field off Payne Road in the town of Benton in Yates County, Swift said. The five people moved the body from the motel to cover up the murder, she said.

“In my 20-year law enforcement career, this is one of the most horrific crimes I’ve ever investigated,” Swift said.

The five individuals were charged with second-degree murder, troopers said. They are:

  • Precious N. Arzuaga, 38, of Canandaigua
  • Emily Jean Motyka, 19, of Lima
  • Jennifer A. Quijano, 30, of Geneva
  • Kyle R. Sage, 33, of Canandaigua
  • Patrick A. Goodwin, 30, Canandaigua
Goodwin was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2015 for 1st degree criminal sexual act and 1st degree sexual abuse, according to state prison records. He was released in 2023.

He went to prison for having sex with a 7-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl, according to the state sex offender’s registry.

Sage was sentenced to two to four years in state prison in 2022 for 4th degree grand larceny and 1st degree dissemination of indecent material to a minor. He got out in 2024.

Arzuaga was the gf of the dead pooner, just for clarity. She was also convicted of animal abuse.

I bet the liberals are super disappointed that they don't have a conservative boogeyman to blame for this troon's death. They tried it with Nex Benedict and they were hoping they had it with this ugly troon. But low and behold, it was some other faggots that killed the troon.

The homo lovers love to claim how all queerdos are victims. They also have this idea that all gays are a higher level of people and they would not do bad things. We all know better. Since this crime was committed by other rainbow people, I bet this story gets forgotten soon.

This individual got brutally murdered and he/she didn't deserve it. What happened was horrifying. But since other homos murdered the troon, the liberals will probably not have much more to say about it. Very similar to that troon in Nashville who shot up her school. All the liberals I know who mooo and reeee after a school shooting, were silent after that one, cause it was one of "their people".

Takes some trying to get rung up on that.....

It's an outgrowth of 2nd degree murder. While the usual qualifier for 2nd degree murder is that it was committed in the heat of the moment instead of with malice aforethought? Like finding your wife in bed with someone else? It can also be satisfied by showing "depraved indifference" - in that you acted with more than just manslaughter levels of mere negligence, but, with what the common law called "a depraved heart" - committing an act that carries an unjustifiable and unmissable risk to human life, instead of being just careless in a dangerous situation.

So yeah, they were probably feeding the person drugs in excess or were spiking their food with same, just for their amusement.

Again, a significant percent of people who murder LGBTQ+ people are themselves LGBTQ+ people in a sexual relationship with the victim and it's pure domestic violence and/or hooker murder and/or druggie shit.

Someone should do a deep dive on why every fucking American wants to be a member of a persecuted minority, because there's a real pathology there.

There are reports of keeping the victim in a dog kennel, taking her phone, use of a table leg to violate her, and witnesses saying she looked beat to shit but that’s all preliminary shit nothing concrete.

When I said this in the tranny sanctuary article, I wasn't just referring to the killers being gay. They all targeted, tortured and killed gay victims as well.

Awful that they did this to her, Doesn't say how they found out about it though. Was it a witness outside of the group or did one of them tell the police?

Could also be testimony from one of the kids these assholes were inept guardians of. We know the Precious chick had custody of at least three and yet hung out with known pedophiles. There may be more though.
