Because I value the few brain cells I have left, I haven't read it, but what does Greer's book cover. Surely if it's a copyright case and the book is allegedly one of the items then it could be introduced into evidence.
There's a cute part where he describes having a hallucination in his lawyer's office and claiming that that is the reason he decided to sue Ms. Swift.

Yeah he said that letters literally lit up around the room to spell DUTY. This is outside of the numerous dream sequences Greer included in the book, one of which includes Greer offending an owl that talks like Morgan Freeman.

On youtube Fatal Walter was doing a reading, though they've only gotten to the part where Greer says he went around to various lawyers who told him to fuck off and that he was a retard.

I bet Ken had to throw that chair away after Crusty sat in it

We’ve followed Russ and know he’s a gross weirdo. Unfortunately Hardin is constrained by what evidence he can bring in and I don’t think he can go off on how Russ is weird and creepy to women since this is nominally a copyright case.

Then again, we live in bizarro world so maybe Hardin can introduce Russell’s thread into evidence under the rules of shut up, we’re doing this now. “Members of the jury, we recommend hitting the highlights button to get through things.”

Why would any of that ever come up when this is a copyright trial? If Greer even tries to veer off into the realm of people being mean to him, Hardin will be objecting and shutting it down immediately.

I don't know what else will happen between now and when this case is scheduled to go to trial, but even with what we have now I can't see how it would survive summary judgement. Greer has no witnesses, no actual evidence, and no real law on his side. Letting this farce go to actual trial would make an absolute mockery of the court, never mind the needless expenses of empaneling a jury and making them suffer through the utter travesty of a trial that this would be.

Russel Greer will have sex with Taylor Swift and become a best selling songwriter before this case goes to trial.
The only possible outcomes for the case are
1. Russ kills himself
2. Null gets summarily banished to Guantanamo Bay for being hitler in disguse
3. Yo Yovanna sells a million copies and russell forgets the case exists
