Alec of Technology Connections has made an impromptu (rough draft) video that he put on his Patreon page about the ramifications of algorithms and their effect on society. In it he mentions that he doesn't like going on Twitter due to the trolls and shills on it (around 15:30 minutes in), and some ranting about a fake news article he saw on Google News about Canada becoming the 51st state (28 minutes in). IMO, he's becoming more political in his videos, and his trooning out phase might happen sooner, rather than later or never. I for one hope he can calm down on the political rhetoric, and just keep to interesting and informative videos.
