Hochul has backed down from removing New York City Mayor Eric Adams "for the moment". She has chosen instead to install "strict guardrails" to ensure Adams "does what's best for the people of NYC until the election."

I do wonder who changed her mind? Maybe she realized that the next election is only 4 months away and this was just not a fight worth fighting?

It will be super funny if Adams get re-elected however. Fingers crossed he chooses to run again as mayor and wins.

and the brits are no different. Hell, they were even going to give away an island where we hold major military bases at without even saying jack shit.
While I support you guys (because you lot set an example the UK normally follows) I feel the need to correct you.
The island in question was due to vote for independence and apparently had some internationally recognised right to do that.
The current British government (that I hate) got a deal to keep the current bases for 100 years in return for handing the islands back.

While I'm here can I ask a question,
I was told by a colleague that bidens tariffs on china were actually much higher and expired before trump came in, has anyone got the raw data on that? It sounds like feigned outrage, I'd just like the raw data.

Biden kept the tariffs trump imposed in his first term.

I don’t believe for a fucking second that Biden would have ever got to playing hardball with them, considering that his entire fucking family were in bed with them. Google “SinoHawk Holdings”
