These messages do not demonstrate that pxie sent intimate videos of men without their consent, nor does it show that she gave or implied consent of any intimate videos of her in the future to be sent.
Destiny's manifesto says
"all this to say, consent was being reasonably understood by both sides of the situation"
In order to insinuate that pxie sending videos to destiny of her and other men having sex implies that she consents to destiny sending videos of her to other people.
He does not say this explicitly because he knows that it does not follow and is a massive leap of assumption so instead he only insinuates so that his dumb fans will make the association without attracting as much attention from other influencers who would smack down any explicit attempts to argue that Pxie's behaviour shows she consents destiny sending videos of her to other people.
It's perfectly possible for pixie to be happy sending sexual videos of her and other men to destiny but that doesn't mean she consents to intimate videos of her being sent by Destiny to other people
Pixie is attempting to sue destiny under 15 USC 6851 https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=(title:15 section:6851 edition:prelim which says "The term "consent" means an affirmative, conscious, and voluntary authorization made by the individual free from force, fraud, misrepresentation, or coercion."
Assuming that because she sent videos of her having sex to destiny she must be implying consent for destiny to send videos of her having sex to other people is not affirmative, conscious authorisation.
Legally this defence is utter shit. The only purpose of it is to try and win back his braindead audience and energise them to harrass pixie and other girls to get them to try and settle before discovery.
pixie and the other girls should realise that the ball is absolutely in her court and not let Destiny's underhanded cyberbullying tactics win.
Pixie did absolutely the right thing immediately publicly refuting the claim that she sent videos of men having sex with her without hteir consent. drama youtubers and others should pick this up and include it in the same video as their coverage of the manifesto
The other thing I'd recommend pxie immediately refuting is the claim that because she sent videos to destiny with the consent of other people in the video, that she therefor gave or implied consent to destiny for him to send videos of her to other people.

This is a totally sincere request from me to Pxie and her legal team.

In a future filling I want to see members of Destiny's community referred to as his footsoldiers. Wordsmith it however you want, all I want is the term "footsoldier" or better yet, "DGG footsoldier" to become part of the public record when talking about Destiny and his fans.

If you pull it off and I see the term 'footsoldier' become part of the docket I'm willing to donate $2500 to Pxie's legal fund.

Is this why he denies that he admitted to the sharing being non-consensual?

- Later he can say Pxie agreed to it verbally (a lie)

- Shows a pattern that she liked sending videos of others, to make it believable

- Maybe he'll claim he only kinda apologized to stop her from killing herself

Hasan is right on a technicality. Bad Empanada reads this thread and Hasan heard from BE and probably double verified. Notice how easily he spits off that correction?

Those details were largely speculated about in the thread and, really, they're somewhat obvious things to figure out even without 100% confirmation. What is absolute shit is that Lonerbox and people who bought Lonerbox's lies tore down people who were just telling the truth or were close enough to the truth. Lonerbox taking out his frustrations on Hasan was also unjustified and slimy and I do not wish good things on the clout goblin.
