I watched this video about what people thought the future would look like and they talked about a moon base, then they had an animation of some guy strapping on wings and flying around a giant dome. I don't know what purpose that would serve but it would be bad ass.
The moon's gravity is 1/6th of earth's. It would probably be easier and cheaper to fly around than drive around.
