She seems more excited about going viral than distraught about the children's death. Also, this was 2am on a weekday at a birthday party for a young child, and everyone in the house is clearly wide awake.

I wish I hadn't watched that video. Two tweens goofing around with what they thought was a toy absolutely didn't deserve to die like that; the owner of the gun does deserve to be fed into a wood chipper.

I disagree. I've seen a better version of the video and it's clear she looks down the barrel trying to figure out what happened, and shot herself in the face. She doesn't shoot herself on the temple.

Basically, she did this:



It wasn't a suicide. It was two negligent discharges.

The claim that she felt guilty or was worried about jail is kind of naive, in my opinion.

Sorry. I don't think I saved it. I remember seeing it on 4chan back when it happened - probably the same day it happened. I think it's been converted to different formats and reprocessed as it's been posted around the net.

Could be that my memory is faulty, but that's what I remember. It also makes a lot more sense as a narrative than a little black girl feeling sorry.

think about it- your child dies by gunshot in your house with the whole family in it, a good few of whom might have warrants for their arrest and perhaps even violence related charges
what are you most worried about? whether or not your kid lives or dies? the lives lost? the grief? telling your family two children lost their lives in one day? no, it's the prospect of one of you being blamed
