His saving grace is that he's obviously stupid and crazy if you actually talk to him and there is a paper trail with Tuscon PD. I am interested to see exactly what kind of scam this is. It's different than the normal Nigerian prince and "buy my totally not worthless rocks" scams. Whoever is pulling the strings is going to be sorely disappointed that he has no friends to scam and has been scammed out of most of his money.
