The main problem with it all is you have to be Greer - if you have a job or assets they can come after you and actually punish you. The number of judgement proof retards willing to spend time being pro se retards is pretty small. Most are fine just being homeless druggies.

There is one known category of pro se retard - criminals filing pro se shit from prison. They’ve streamlined that decently well. But 99% of the time they’re just wasting the court and the warden’s time so nobody really cares.

They had agreed to not file the short form discovery motion before the meet and confer. Rusty believes (or is lying that) they filed the motion for short form discovery before the meet and confer thus "Didn't honor their meet and confer [agreement]".
