And drop the Putin stuff, that's all old debunked BlueAnon stuff, paid for by Hillary Clinton, and USAID.
It started with the DNC hack and trying to obfuscate it by being like “no way, remember guccifer? Well there’s a guccifer 2.0 and HE’S RUSSIAN!!!! Seth Rich just got robbed, we didn’t kill him!”

They kept going with “Russia does all the bad things”

guess she's not _that_ lesbo
Well, we don't know the sex of the dog.

She's better at clapping back at reporters than Karine Jeanne Cringe was, so that's something. It's nice having a Press Secretary with a backbone again. I get why folks wouldn't find her attractive, but you can't deny she's a hell of a lot better at her job than what we've gotten in the past.
I liked Kayleigh McEnany, personally. She had an icy demeanor that allowed her to put journoshits in their place. But the new one isn't terrible. She has a lot more bite. I just personally like the ice witch demeanor over the spicy zoomer demeanor.

Since this is the US Politics Thread, I'll say this. Karoline Leavitt does not do it for me. The "blonde" archetype for today is played out IMHO. I'm sure she's "good" at her job, but it's subjective. Now, if we're talking about politicians that are alive, I like Amy Coney Barrett.
How many cougar dating apps you signed up to, brother o' mine?

Call me sexist, but I don't like how some women "speak" with an attitude. The cadence with the tone of their voice sounds off putting and passive aggressive. I'll have to listen to her speak again (I don't usually watch/listen to press secretaries.)
Not sexist, this is a very real thing. Women have that tone in their voice when they talk to you like they’re talking down to you, especially when they think they’re right. It’s a modern women thing.

Pretty sure she's only like that when she's dealing with the press corp. The aggressive nature in which she shitkicks a lot of Left leaning outlets in the nuts is kind of warranted given how hostile they've been to Trump and his agenda in the past. Nah. That isn't "sexist", persay, but I get it. I don't agree, but I get where you're comin' from.

Turns out theres a few "immigrant run" businesses around my city that have been closed this last week because ICE showed up and carted 80% of the workers away.

ninja'd by mere minutes but here's another example of the Macuahuitl:

Those shards are sharper than razors.
I'll be so real right now, those things were always so fucking cool looking and I would wield it proudly when hacking up the people who broke into my compound in the middle of the night.

and if you don't spend it all, it's not like you burn it. you can put the other 35, or 20, or 3 dollars in a jar for leftover money, and then when an emergency comes up and you need extra money, you have it. this is the very most basic concept of protecting yourself from scarcity by saving up resources when they're unnecessary to expend. the democrats cannot even understand this most basic facet of existence for a living creature, i am not surprised they struggle with advanced biological concepts like dick n' balls=man.

You just said the reason they struggle with it: scarcety. They have deluded themselves into thinking we live in a post scarcity world, or that it's even achievable. The fundamental laws of thermodynamics basically tell us "Hey stupid, you'll never ever live in a post scarcity world."

hey man, so many peeps from lousiana have moved to houston, I've learned that the customs of tejanos, cajuns, and the natives tend to overlap, and with trump winning, its like we just grew even closer, its beautiful.

I'm not saying we don't share cultures and enjoy our sibling relationship, I'm saying there's more to it that you can't experience in texas. Come over one year and get the real experience some day. Houston only gets the city slicker gentrified version of cajun culture.

Also, important point: I think MANY people have truly underestimated why New Orleans was (and should still be) considered the melting pot of the US. Cajun culture has a lot of things in common with every culture EXCEPT english. That's how you get people who are considered some of the greats of VooDoo (haitian) with french names like Marie Laveau. I have more in common culturally with hispanics, natives, and blacks (old culture derived from slavery, not new culture) than I do some other white dude from virginia or massachusetts.

Being bitchy yet appealing is a very delicate thing to pull off, even Legends like Bea Arthur pull mixed reaction

I didn't see this posted, but some American Catholics are calling for an investigation into what role, if any, the Obama administration played in the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI back in February 2013. (Article) (Archive)
Obama Benedict XVI.png

Here are the bullet points from the article, condensing the contents of the open letter:
  • To what end was the National Security Agency monitoring the conclave that elected Pope Francis?
  • What other covert operations were carried out by U.S. government operatives concerning the resignation of Pope Benedict or the conclave that elected Pope Francis?
  • Did U.S. government operatives have contact with the “Cardinal Danneels Mafia”? [aka the "Saint Gallen Mafia"]
  • International monetary transactions with the Vatican were suspended during the last few days prior to the resignation of Pope Benedict. Were any U.S. Government agencies involved in this?
  • Why were international monetary transactions resumed on February 12, 2013, the day after Benedict XVI announced his resignation? Was this pure coincidence?
  • What actions, if any, were actually taken by John Podesta, Hillary Clinton, and others tied to the Obama administration who were involved in the discussion proposing the fomenting of a “Catholic Spring”?
  • What was the purpose and nature of the secret meeting between Vice President Joseph Biden and Pope Benedict XVI at the Vatican on or about June 3, 2011?
  • What roles were played by George Soros and other international financiers who may be currently residing in United States territory?
I'm not as informed as some other Kiwis on all the color revolutions and coups that the Obama administration participated in, so maybe someone could help fill that in a bit more. I know they happened, but I couldn't give you a comprehensive list. But this doesn't seem too crazy. There's plenty of weirdness around Pope Benedict XVI's resignation, like all the ATMs in the Vatican suddenly shutting down right before his resignation, then magically coming back online right after he announced he'd be stepping down.

There are definitely documented ties between the Vatican and US intelligence going back to WWII, so I'd personally like some answers. I'm just not sure something like this is at the top of Trump's priority list right now.
