The KFA is just a PR wing operated by a power hungry yet textbook inadequate Spaniard only given nominal authority by North Korean authorities. They organise showcase tours and have a horrendously superficial understanding of Juche-Songun, but they are not official parties privy to the workings of DPRK's domestic and foreign bureaucratic organs.
