I think I have serious questions for both parties involved, because I am pretty sure if I was a public figure and said something about how someone in my family died and I was actually wrong that no one in my family would publicly quote tweet me about it and say "NAH NIGGER, UR WRONG, SHE ACTUALLY DIED IN MY ARMS" - it seems like utter disrespect for the actual life of the child in the first place.

His ex wife does seem very weird and off the rocker, though thats what all of his exes or baby mama's have in common. However, she seems a little more with it than Grimes or his latest baby mama. I don't think he cares about any of his children, he has more of them than Nick Canon at this point.

Is it really a surprise though? Now that he's famous both he and the bms can use their spot in the limelight to get the attention that was never given to them as children. Some have speculated about this in the Grimes thread. Grimes looks a lot like Musk's former wife Talulah Riley. It seems she's the one who got away. With no muskspawn, to boot. Good on her.

Been thinking a lot about the "Meaness" mentioned in Elon and Claire's relationship, and at the risk of sounding austistic, I have a theory.

Elon, despite all the women in his life, has only been married twice (Well, he's only been married to two women, he's been legally married three times), Once to Justine Musk, and then to Talulah Riley. Now, while I wouldn't say they're twins, Talulah and Claire resemble each other quite a bit, as @Sarcastic sockpuppet mentioned earlier. Elon also never had children with Talulah, even though it seems he has the urge to impregnate every woman he comes across. Despite their separation, the two seem to be in good standing with each other, as Talulah allegedly told Elon to by Xitter, and he congratulated her on their engagement. My theory is that Talulah is probably the only woman Elon's every really cared about beyond being a broodmare, and Claire's resemblance to her is both what drew him to her in the first place and also what pisses him off. He treats her like shit because he couldn't/wouldn't do it to Talulah. She's basically a stand-in for his ex wife.

A bad family life leads them to become antisocial with no real support group, pouring everything into work and behaving in an amoral way towards other people. The success that this garners them makes them see this way of operating as 'correct' and to see people who don't engage in this, and prioritize things like family and friends over 'success' as weak.

On some level they may be resentful if they learn to recognize the irreplaceable happiness that genuine friendship/family brings to other people's lives, especially if they realize that they've been too emotionally broken to ever cultivate and enjoy those things. They'll become vindictive towards people with attachments to principles, places, or other people that transcend success. I think you can see this side of him come out with his interactions with Matt Taibbi (wherein he flipped shit because Matt wouldn't burn his bridges with another company who helped him through a rough patch). They don't like reminders that people can also succeed without becoming a psychopathic piece of shit. Gets their noggin joggin in a way that tends to bruise the ego.

I think Elon really embodies this sort of nutter personality. It's also why he admires jeets as 'hard working': their amoral striving and complete cultural psychopathy align with him way better than any sort of traditional Western values. And its why he treats women like disposable incubators and takes no interest in the wellbeing of his children. He's acting like one of those flash-in-the-pan Emperors who don't realize that grabbing power means nothing if you don't also build a dynasty which can hold onto it once you're gone.

Conveniently coming right after we got reliable confirmation that he did in fact have surgeries to his penis and that all of his children are from IVF. Except for magically the one from a girl who pops up mere days after his mutilated botched penis becomes public?
