Because of an extremely painful medical issue that is time sensitive. Laying down feels like a hot knife in my asshole. This is all that's keeping me sane, or it was, but I actually feel like I should be able to get rest tonight. Thanks for the concern mate, I've still got my wits about me I assure you. I've been able to, rarely but still definitely, take 10~15 minute naps every six hours or so.
