Its generally easier to vote against anything and everything the UN wants to do, less you establish any sort of precedent that sovereignty is somehow beholden to a democracy of the others. The only time you vote for is to curry favor with the big players, or for purely egotistical reasons (See: European Union members).

I don't think he's going to release all of them, maybe some of them in low-publicity sectors of international trade only until the EU stops bitching (unlikely.)

SWIFT access remains the biggest issue for most of the commercial sector and whatnot, and I'm pretty sure it's majority EU controlled:

What WOULD be interesting in my opinion is him somehow integrating the Russian equivalent of SWIFT (SPFS/NSPK), which they have been working on since 2014 and is one of if not the main reason IMO why the Russian economy didn't crash in 3 days like most people predicted when VISA/MASTERCARD/SWIFT pulled out).
Another interesting angle is BRICS PAY but that will never happen because the main goal of the system is to reduce reliance on the US Dollar which Trump HATES BRICS for so that's a nonstarter.

EU and Canada (lmao) collectively visited Kiev to calm the fears about collapsing support but the reality is the completely contrary to what they are portraying. Also, is Canada going to pay back all the money they stole from Russia? How the fuck is this even happening.

Absolutely. Especially if it's USAID funded.

Just press win+shift+s and you get the snipping tool or tick that checkbox in settings. On Linux you can hold shift, and/or alt with printscrn to get various effects.
