Goonclown Steven Bonnell II / Destiny / Destiny.gg - Emotionally Unstable Manchild, Creeps on Teenagers, Incest Supporter, Degenerate Foot Sniffer, Cum Felcher, Gooner

ATTENTION
Special rules for the Destiny thread.
  • Don't engage footsoldiers. Whiteknights do not need 100 responses to every bait post; exercise restraint. Do not give attention to people who join and bomb the thread with negative reactions.
  • Practice harm reduction. Read our prudent poster's guide.
  • Don't write open letters to Destiny. It is very annoying attention seeking behavior. Just write normal posts.
Hypothetically, if Tiny was indeed "hacked" like he claims to be and the files were restricted like some DGG footsoldiers claim, it would have been far harder for Solo to leak the files if he didn't also hack Rose's Google Drive or Solo randomly requested access out of nowhere that Tiny then grants like an utter mongoloid. Just a disgusting display of a negligence and recklessness
This is also what I was getting at by pointing out he regularly shares Discord URLs. It's extremely reckless/retarded to upload videos like that to Discord when he knows you can just copy the link and sent it to literally anyone. I doubt that could be a legal argument, though.
Destiny's predicament has made it to rag news.
The most Destiny response ever :story:

Is there even any recourse for him that has a chance of getting those videos removed or is this a futile effort?
It sounds like he has accepted that Null will only respond to court orders and it could end up being a legal battle against the farms. I initially thought he didn't want to issue a DMCA as it would hurt his legal case by claiming "ownership" of the videos, but I know nothing about the law and I'm just completely guessing.

He would have to overcome the hurdle of that one law that protects websites from liability over content posted by users. Which is easiest to do with a DMCA but...

While I am also not a lawyer this does make sense. Wouldn't he not only have to claim ownership but have a formal copyright on the content or is that implied?

If Keffals couldn't get the fart video removed I don't think Destiny has a chance.

What a magical time to be alive. The way this keeps going it is like God himself has decided to crush Destiny.

Also didn't the New York Times herald Destiny as some sort of political whisperer? The man that could convince right wingers to give up their evil ways and become leftists? Wonder how that article has aged

If Vaush could get similar treatment as Destiny is getting right now it would truly be a golden age.

Still no appearance from his Aggressive Legal Team.

I wonder if he thinks he can stay in his condo and duck service.
It's mind boggling that a lawyer wouldn't be the one responding to media requests about this shit.

This theory is so unhinged but it has legs, shit doesn't make sense.

Am I wrong about a lawyer being the one they normally responds to these kind of requests from the media?

Also he must be furious that this narrative has escaped into the mainstream, way beyond his control

Thank you for mentioning this - I don't think Destiny has ever shown "proof" of this when he mentions it. It's so funny that he thinks Bad Empanada has contacts within Hamas or that Hamas are just scrolling twitter looking for Americans to murder.

Bad Empanada's reputation proceeds him. He's had a dozen plus twitter accounts that have been banned so the evidence of his unhinged behavior isn't apparent because he comes off fairly normal via Youtube. He's really good at scrounging up dox and being relentless in DMs and emails so that's why people buy into him having extremist connections. He also doesn't care about being wrong which is part of why Sunday raced to release the video

Still no appearance from his Aggressive Legal Team.

So, about that, Kuihman covered The Daily Mail article on stream and instead of giving them a statement he sent them his manifesto. I'm sure his really real lawyers signed off on that? If he doesn't have a lawyer I'm sure anyone he tries to hire will love him sending this to the press, right?

Technically Pxie was established as a liar the moment that DM conversation between her and Destiny came out where she said she was going to insist it was a lookalike in the leaked video. What she said to Dan was also a lie that served a similar purpose, to distance herself from any talk of sex tapes and sharing porno with other people. It just so happens the latter lie could be turned against her.
this shit is so fucked he told her to tell this lie and then later uses it against her as evidence that she cant be trusted.

Say he gets a legal team what is the realistic time frame that they would be on to declare they are representing steven? Would it take multiple days to schedule a meeting or is it realistic he could find one and have them that day to declare they are representing him?

edit:
I'm convinced now this guy doesn't have any legal representation, I thought before he had some and he just wasn't listening to them, but I think after the manifesto they must have quit. if they ever existed in the first place, since we really haven't seen any evidence of them existing outside of just destiny's word and the assumption that he has the base level of sense to know he needs a professional to handle this; which I don't think is enough. I'm 60% sure he will hire someone complete last minute who will be totally ill-equipped/is an actual dgger who told him "trust me bro i got this" because all the good lawyers wont touch such a self destructive client, but I'm 40% thinking he will actually try to represent himself with chat gpt and some notes his fans made him. I know a lot of people think that latter is hopium and i wont deny it is to a large part, but just given everything we know of him is it really that out of bounds?

Normally either a PR team or lawyer or crisis management team will submit a public statement. That never happened. All that exists that manifesto as a "statement."

Not everyone has lawyers respond to this stuff. People can just go "no comment" since having lawyers respond to every media inquiry can get expensive even if it is the same statement every time.

Then on November 29 last year, the video was uploaded to website Kiwifarms, and shared on several porn sites including notfans.com, thothub.com, pornbiz.com, epawg.com and erome.com, according to the lawsuit.

I'm just thinking how terrible of a media strategy this is as well.

No one is going to read his massive document and he would of been better off giving a short but sweet statement of just a pure denial.

This aggressive law firm really seems like they know what they're doing! :story:
