I like Gabbard, I know on some issues, mostly guns and environment she's horrendous, but the dooming here about her are aggravating. It's like they didn't notice her until she ran in 2020.
Gabbard was effectively a bernie-bro. Keep in mind not all of them were in just because they were lazy college students who wanted gibs. I was pro-Trump even in 2016 but still liked Bernie (Before he cucked to BLM and sold out to Clinton) and would have still supported for him over another Bush if that was how the general elections went. She just wanted the system flipped upside down because the neoliberal order had clearly failed. Her solutions sucked, but she always wanted the broken system fixed because it's an objective failure. Also her foreign policy was consistently anti-interventionist and that hasn't changed in 8 years.
Gabbard was already questioning the Democrats as early as 2015 or 2016, when she was criticizing Obama's foreign policy. She was one of the few Democrats to actually condemn Trump's bombings of Syria in 2017 and 2018 which the MSM and Democrats' all 180'd and fellated Trump for doing. In spite of this, she was also one of the few democrats to be fair (Even if extremely harsh) on Trump during his term. When Trump was impeached in 2020, she was the only democrat to vote present because she understood this would weaponize impeachments over at worst a minor infraction (Which she admittedly believed Trump was culpable of).
It was through 2020-2021 that her stances on social policies became more conservative; there's a story of her talking to some democratic voters who felt disgusted by Beto's constant virtue signalling and faux Spanish and she agreed with them. Also she was the only democrat raising the alarm bell about how shady and corrupt mass mail-in voting and ballot harvesting was. 2021 redpilled her on the tranny shit. She has been fiercely against it ever since.
As for her WEF Connections? I cannot find the post but a person here pointed out that the WEF has a benefits program for "indigenous locations" like Hawaii. If she had any loyalty to the WEF, it was primarily because it benefitted her state with all the various funds given. Also she has since then denounced the WEF on various occasions and doesn't even have her name in the young leadership program anymore.
I am not saying she is le based conservative. As it stands she is still a leftist progressive when it comes to economics, guns, and the environment. But she has consistently shifted more and more rightward on various issues from government corruption, gender and race politics, and diplomacy. Furthermore, unlike people as left wing as her like the Squad, she is willing to talk with center right and right wing figures like Tucker Carlson. That is a world of difference from Cortez refusing to debate Shapiro "because that's cat calling." It shows she's willing to compromise and work with the right, something rare in the left. That's why she's valuable to the Trump campaign much like RFK. Just keep her away from the EPA and ATF and she's fine.
