Trump began his second term by blitzkrieg on the Deep State and the DNC through Executive Orders and funding cuts.
They responded, predictably with guerrilla warfare/lawfare, striking from the cover of the robes of Biden-appointed federal judges.
The problem is that the law guerrillas lack both supplies (money) and popular support. Trump can, at this point, safely ignore these judges and carry on with his agenda without fear of being backstabbed by the Department of Justice or the Congress.
