And the UK. Over here, and I assume elsewhere, that the named tenants have had references from previous landlords and finance checks. If the flat is sublet, no such checks can be performed by the owner of the property.

Polissa's destruction of her previous rental is a brilliant example of why landlords like to know that their tenants are housetrained.

Subletting isn't legal in my part of Euroland, but a renter can also end a lease at any time, for any reason. They have to give the landlord a written notice a certain time in advance, but they're otherwise free to leave.

Leases are typically signed once and implicitly renewed -- meaning, as long as neither party states otherwise, it automatically continues. Rent can increase at this time, but the renter has to be informed and since it changes the lease, they're free to refuse and end the contract. A lease can also be modified to add/remove tenents.

(This is just based on personal experience across several states, so it may not be the same everywhere). Leases typically have to be renewed and signed every year, or whenever the lease is up. The longer the lease, the cheaper the rent. Most are a year, but sometimes 13, 14, or 15 months are offered as well. Month-to-month is very expensive, potentially double or more of the typical rent. The leasing office will warn you that if you aren’t leaving at the end of the lease but do not do the renewal and sign the new lease, the apartment complex may just automatically put you on month-to-month. Breaking a lease is usually very expensive, you have to buy it out. Usually the equivalent of multiple months of rent. If you are leaving at the end of a leasing period, you still have to give them 30-60 days notice in writing. The apartment/leasing party can also choose not to renew the lease, which means people may have to move out even if they don’t want to. That happened to some friends of mine, they were told their lease was not being renewed and they had to move out. Not because they were bad tenets, but because the complex was going to remodel their block of units and then rent them out for much higher rates as “luxury apartments”. Bullshit imo but there’s not really anything those friends could’ve done to fight the company.

She'll use the toilet cleaner once, since it's easy. The spray bottles will be used on the bathroom mirror maybe twice while she takes a selfie.

That box looks like it contains 3 full size spray cans of 401 or scrubbing bubbles, plus 3 full size containers of toilet bowl cleaner. The green topped spray bottles all appear to be the same thing.

A huge family would take many months to go through that. Meanwhile, she lives alone and has a kitchenette that she'll never use. She also has very little storage space. She'll literally have those items for years and then throw them out when she gets evicted.

I'm not sure where she's planning to put all that furniture in her tiny floor space, but I doubt people will buy it anyway.

If Piss had any true strength in her convictions she would have walked away from her MAGA family a long time ago instead of letting them feed and house her and Jo'h and take care of her animals and celebrate her birthday and Christmas and take her to Florida and let her move in with two of them and let her borrow their truck and, and, and, and... This leech.

Honestly, it's gonna be more fun if it's mostly students. I believe Pissa would actually be better at talking to the low class MAGA people, she hates so much, than leftie students. I'd pay money to witness this.
