Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen stated that a peace agreement could be more dangerous for Ukraine than the ongoing war. The United States is creating "great uncertainty," and Putin cannot be trusted, according to DR.

"I understand that many people believe that a peaceful solution or a ceasefire is a good idea, but we risk that peace in Ukraine is actually more dangerous than the war that is ongoing now," Frederiksen said.

While the United States and President Donald Trump have begun a process aimed at ending the war against Ukraine, Frederiksen stated that she does not trust Vladimir Putin or his intentions.

"I have to be honest and say that I do not believe in Putin. I do not think he wants peace in Ukraine," said the Prime Minister.

According to her, the United States is creating "great uncertainty" regarding the war against Ukraine, NATO, and Europe.

"I no longer feel the same confidence in the Americans as before. I never assumed that the time with Trump-2 would be the same as with Trump-1, but I think everyone was surprised by the speed with which uncertainty emerged on the American side, and we will have to respond to this," said Denmark’s Prime Minister.

According to a poll conducted by the Rating Sociological Group on February 20-21, an absolute majority (83%) of respondents believe that Ukraine should agree to a ceasefire only if security guarantees are provided.

According to the poll, 91% of respondents oppose negotiations between the U.S. and Russia to end the war without Ukraine's participation.

At the same time, a significant portion of Ukrainians (64%) support direct negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, and this figure is increasing over time.

The majority of respondents (81%) consider a compromise solution through negotiations with the involvement of other countries to be a realistic way to end the war.

Oh don't worry your vapid little nordic brain out Mette, everyone and their mum knows the stink of a Minsk 3 can kick when they see one by now. Near zero chance there will be any sort of peace anytime soon because no one but some Ukrainian babushka with sons on the front and Trump, and superficially on the latter at that; wants it.

she is welcome to grab a gun and go to war against putin if she really doesnt want peace. it is so easy to advocate for war when you are a woman living in a different country knowing that under no circumstances would you ever be subjected to the war. put your money where your mouth is or shut it you stupid whore.

Believe the entire peace process is due to Russian exhaustion. Huge losses, thousands of Russian men in exile outside the country, running out of tanks, depending on North Korea for much of the ammunition. Economy not good. Ukraine isn't much better but gets support from the West.

The longer this war goes on the more it reminds me of the Korean War. First year a war of movement. Then the lines stabilized, with only minor gains, until the Armistice in 1953. Seeing much the same here. The Russians grind and grind for minor gains while still not being able to evict the Ukrainians from all captured Russian territory. More and more drone attacks by both sides.

The Korean Armistice has held for nearly 72 years.

Peace in Ukraine may be more dangerous than war with a nuclear-armed, near-peer power?

Please make it make sense.
They're a continent of autistic NEETs who've spent the last 80 years hiding in dad's basement, terrified of going outside for fear of the ghost of the Austrian painter.

Okay grampa, time for your dementia pills. It's 2025, not 1996.

She just might be the prime example of bad leadership.

This world is filled with them, they only give orders/suggestions, and retarded ones at that. They're playing a board game, others' lives mean nothing to them.

Except reality is the opposite. Russia is freely taking citys at their own pace. Ukraine is basically tapped out. Where you getting your bad info old man?

Car hurtles towards jagged ocean rocks. Dastardly passenger of car introduces uncertainty by questioning the wisdom of previously hurtling their vehicle towards a seaside cliff, and even has the temerity to suggest doing something before impact.
