@SolidMario
I'm trying to give you a chance here to change my mind, but not only are you ignoring pertinent questions like the one posted by @[InsertMemeHere], specifically if those aren't sockpuppets on DA where did you meet themose people, you're also being rude to the users here and, to make yourself look even worse, insulting a vulnerable transgender woman who has nothing to do with our conversation.

Now please be polite and answer the question: If the whiteknights on DA are not sockpuppets and are actual people how did all of you meet?

:powerlevel:, but
Allow me to explain why I hate Bart Simpson.

I was a nerdy goody two-shoes growing up. I guess this was largely due to two factors. First, I have severe food allergies, and I had to grow up with these allergies before food allergy awareness became general common knowledge. This meant that my parents were more involved in my life than can be said for many kids my age. It also caused me to quickly realize that I could never really "be like everyone else", so I spent most of my time trying to please my parents and teachers than trying to please my friends. I had friends, but I usually only socialized with them on my lunch breaks at school. Secondly, I am a highly sensitive person, and I do not enjoy making people mad. An angry outburst that you would laugh off or quickly forget will scare me to death and haunt me for years afterward, even decades.

Because of these two factors, I did not engage in any of the antics that are far too often considered inevitable childhood/teenage rites of passage. I never played hooky. I have never engaged in sexual intercourse or even kissed a girl. I have never smoked a cigarette or used illegal drugs. I didn't taste my first alcoholic beverage until I was 25 years old. I have never played a practical joke on anyone, and I never will. I have never been arrested or even pulled over by police. I have never screamed "I hate you!" to either of my parents. I never sneaked out of the house in the middle of the night or run away from home. I have never touched a firearm and I never will unless I am drafted into the military. I have always believed it is easier to ask permission than to get forgiveness.

I imagine that many of you did some of those of those things growing up, and that's the reason why you closely identify with Bart Simpson. My favorite character on The Simpsons was always Lisa. I could easily understand Lisa's desires to be smart, do well in school, and make the world a better place. How Bart Simpson can enjoy making people angry and causing trouble just for the sake of causing trouble is completely incomprehensible to me.

It seems that the larger society considers lawbreakers to be heroes and law-abiding citizens to be weak cowards. History textbooks give examples of people who broke the law and made the world a better place by doing so, such as George Washington, Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks, and Martin Luther King. But 99% of the time, people who break the law do so just for kicks, to prove themselves to their friends, to make money, to get even, or to get their face on the six o'clock news. They are the people who wind up behind bars, in the emergency room, or in a casket-without making the world a better place. They waste taxpayer dollars and cause needless pain, anger, sadness and fear.

Bart Simpson is one of those people.

Also, there is no line that Bart Simpson will not cross. Martin Luther King had no problem disobeying unjust laws and protesting against discrimination, but he had zero tolerance for violence. Martin Luther King was also a reverend who had a strong belief in God, a belief that Bart clearly lacks.

Finally, Martin Luther King always had a long-term goal for the future, and that goal was racial integration. Bart Simpson never seems to have any future goals. He lives for the moment and takes things one day at a time.

I hope that after reading this, you understand why I hate Bart Simpson. If not, we have something in common. You will never understand my hatred of Bart Simpson any more than I will understand your admiration of Bart Simpson.

@SolidMario answer him.

@SolidMario is right, he is innocent. The man who drew those pictures of Bart was actually me. I love Bart so much and I was very ashamed of it, so I blamed it on @SolidMario. However, this thread has given me new confidence in himself and my sexuality. I can as well see that there is a lot of repressed feelings around the character in this thread, perhaps we should all talk about it and understand each other more?
