Assuming Ukraine/EU caves, my prediction is that Russia keeps the territory they have gained, and to sweeten the deal, they get everything east of the Dnieper.

I think they would make a deal, at least right now, more or less along the current line of contact. But what they are going to want that will be difficult is Ukraine officially signing away that territory and Crimea.
