I'd heard of that, but I didn't know it was this blatant! Even Aquarion is less sexual than this! On top of that, it makes no sense Tumblr would gush over this show if it's so sexualized to the extent it has rape metaphors. I guess their hatred for 80s cartoons and Teen Titans Go is that they don't have enough implied rape, eh? For all I care animators can be stuck making Spongebob, Teen Titans Go, and toyline adaptations until the heat death of the universe if this is what they do when creatives and creative freedom are prioritized.

There were some people, but it was mostly teenagers and young adults watching it. You can tell it was originally meant to be an Adult Swim series.

Yeah I watched some of Saberfarts stuff, I thought he was actually shitting on Spark with the first video posted here but on further inspection he glazes the fuck out of Spark quite a bit.
