The implication I'm getting from that Norwegian defense minister's statement is that the gay oil company actually did try to withhold fuel from the American submarine (in violation of Norway's own official policy), but the defense ministry probably screamed at them for being braindead snowniggers jeopardizing US-Norwegian defense agreements for the sake of virtue signaling & Reddit updoots or something and forced the resumption of supply, even going to the trouble of confirming 100% that it was done, and issuing this PR statement out to try to appease the US.

It's not Zelenskyy. They, including the Democrats and Uniparty Republicans) had a plan for how the next decade was going to go. The war in Ukraine was part of that plan. Putin not breaking under the sanctions was not part of the plan, so that was frustrating but not insurmountable. Trump getting elected was not part of the plan, but if he did, they had a back up plan as they didn't think he'd get the House and Senate. And they absolutely didn't think he'd get the popular vote. So even if he won, they thought they could keep him neutered.
