Okay so I still have no idea what happened in this thread but to answer some of the tooth related stuff:

-No, percs will not help with the sort of pain associated with that level of tooth decay. Nothing really will. That patchwork of pain receptors is notoriously difficult to manage without direct injection or general.

-Yes. It is actually incredibly easily to die from infections of the gums. In fact, without modern medicine and dental practices the mortality rate without pulling the tooth as soon as an infection starts is pretty grim

-infections of the tooth is normally at the canal cavity and the only real means of treating it is extraction or root canal. Even at that, while I'm not a dental nurse, I can safely say Cyrax has a systemic infection of the mouth rather than being accute. Every moment of his existence is object pain and suffering. There isn't a single tooth I've ever seen in his mouth that doesn't look either infected, or in the process of decaying to infection. His gums appear to be receding and his gums appear extensively damaged.

-good God what a bad day to have eyes and teeth when witnessing his mouth in high definition. I've watched people come in to hospital with limbs about ready to fall off and his mouth is still the nasties shit ever.

Very off topic but since you seem to know about teeth I have a question. Is this the reason cobes has a big gourd head? Are his cheeks swelling up because his mouth is infected? or is he just fat?

I'm not a dental nurse, only know enough to tell when it's someone else's problem when they come to the emergency room with this kinda stuff.

Swollen cheeks can be a sign of oral distress, but I think that's just him. His dad has the same kind of facial structure.
