I have to admit, I haven't been following this one that much since I thought he was going to dismantle the DoE. I guess this is the backup plan?

Either way, I know some people prefer to homeschool but I rather see kids learn useful shit at school.

I think it's a bit of both, trying to fuck up Trump's plans and journos have -70 IQ. They know stuff about Ukraine/Russia cannot be discussed publicly until an actual deal is drawn up and signed, anything else is just basic political theater.
