An economy being good and inflation are two different things buddy, one is for the future while the other is for the current issues. Inflation and job loss under Biden was so bad that they had to lie and make corrections to said lies every month. Meanwhile inflation currently has dropped at least by 1% since Trump took office, and it's only been a month.
It depends on what's causing the inflation. Inflation driven by demand is not a bad sign. Like we saw in the last months of the Biden administration --> slightly inflationary, but higher than expected job growth. This also means that inflation dropping is also not necessarily good, especially if the unemployment rate increases. Which it did and will continue to do.
So 10% was speculative and doesn’t account for the 20% we’ve dumped in the last 30 days. So what you’re saying is we’re actually down -10% from the last 4 years ATH. Also inflation definitely hasn’t lessened under Trump, all his policies are inflationary, tariffs especially aren’t deflationary.
