He’s done in… 3 months, I think and potential employers are already fighting over him. He ticks the boxes as a male, elementary teacher with kids of his own and a genuine talent for the classroom.

I think this is happening pretty well in Western countries. If you are young and have highly value skills, you can immigrate in a lot of places. The only way Salah could emigrate, is if one of his sister sponsor him.

It isn't the fat that helps with the spice, it's specifically the casein protein which is present even in non-fat/fat free dairy products that helps with the spice because it binds to capsaicin. She could have drinking 2%, 1% or fat free milk and gotten the same result as far as the spice.
