Trump is suspending most tariffs on most Canadian and Mexican goods for another month. Tariffs on potash from Canada has been suspended and anything coming out of Mexico covered by the USMCA agreement has their tariffs suspended after negotiations. Steel and aluminum tariffs are unaffected and will go into effect on the 12th. Additional tariffs have been placed on Chinese goods.

Edit: Tariffs weren't suspended forever, only delayed until April 2nd.

You can tell the Democrats are losing because they're doing really stupid and desperate shit.

The fucking ping pong paddles, the yelling and singing, the public arguments etc. None of it makes them look competent or defiant, it makes them look petulant and petty. They're trying to look like civil rights protesters but instead they look like third world politicians from a banana republic.
It's because they're still stuck in the past.

One of the worst things the American public school system did that nobody talks about is romanticize the activism of the 1960s & 70s to the point of mythologizing it. There was an embarrassing amount of time spent on it because the Boomers were so proud of themselves for all of their marching and sign-waving. They've spent their entire adult lives equating their brand of activism with bravery and virtue, and putting into the heads of children that they can accomplish anything by emulating it.

The thing is that it doesn't work anymore. The Boomer concept of activism has been thoroughly cooped by political and corporate interests, and the only time you'll ever see that shit happen on a big enough scale to notice is because it's useful to some institution's goals. Anything that isn't will be ridiculed and demonized out of existence. Any sort of activism that isn't controlled is done purely for narcissism.

But the left doesn't want to realize this. They still want to live in a world where writing clever one-liners on a sign and singing along to faggy folk songs will change the world and put them in history books and documentaries, just like it did before.

It's the same reason they can't see the utterly dire situation Canada and Europe are in right now. They still think the smug liberal comedian bullshit from 90s & 00s is still relevant, so they can't imagine a world where the not-Americans aren't the smarter, nicer people who do everything better than America.
What's wrong with this one? I am a layman when it comes to art but the guy is demonstrating skill, technique, and creativity by using primarily black, grey, and white to make a portrait that looks pretty good. Also the portrait and description demonstrates that the artist has a self depreciating sense of humor which I can respect.
I agree, but at the same time, it's pretty goofy looking.
Its literally America's job. The Budapest memorandum signed in 1991 was a joint agreement between Europe, Ukraine, Russia and the United States ensuring that Ukraine would not become a nuclear armed state in exchange for security assurances.

As far as tariffs, I hope this is the final extension, no more kicking the can. Make them hurt and make them learn. If they're trying to kiss ass now don't return the calls for a week and really fuck them over, it's just funny how Trump accurately called out what Trudeau is doing in order to retain power.
Mexico asked nicely and said they'd work with us, and pointed out an existing trade agreement (that also covers Canadian goods) - that's what Trump wanted, someone who will negotiate for the betterment of both countries.

Canada shit its pants and can't even call their nanny to clean it up because they prorogued their parliament. I'd like to think the extension is to give them time to meet, discuss, and decide on what to do (which should be to meet Trump's demands) because if they do what Trump wants, the tariffs go away anyway.

Watching how both countries react to the same demands has been interesting, and I think Trump has given both countries plenty of notice, plenty of extensions, plenty of chances to do what he asks. If April 2nd rolls around and Canada is still playing prissy pussy, those tariffs are gonna HURT. Gonna be really funny when Mexico does what it should, prospers, and Canada withers into less than a US territory.

Most likely the suspension in Canada's case was to give time for the new, unelected by anyone but the Liberal crime family of Canada, Prime Minister to have time to either do the right thing or prove they won't.

I don’t get why 4cuck is malding over Vance edits so badly. Like /pol/ thinks it’s all a Jewish liberal psyop (and the leftists there think it’s a good thing like the right wing from the boomercons to the natsoc Chuddies hasn’t universally adopted it as well.

We wouldn’t get these under Tim Walz as Veep.
Can't imagine being stupid enough to browse on halfchan 7 years after Hiroshimoot split the site into two.

I have to post this.

It’s funny how Mexico is trying harder than Canada lol.

In the Japs defense their constitution, the one the US forced on them after the war, does not allow the Japs to have a standing army, navy or airforce. They were allowed a tiny self defense force by the US in the treaty but that was it. So no way could they spend 3% on defense unless they handed every JSDF solider a gold M-16.

It was only 3 years ago they were allowed to alter the constitution to permit them to raise actual fighting forces. So yah give them some time and Japan will be a powerful ally in the East.

Trump literally threw his supporters to the wolves and empowered the progressive finance Jews to debank his supporters and for what to own Biden. Why is Trump's GOP even wasting time on this.

Because the Jews in fintech are progressive, Hasan will never be debanked it will be the loyal patriots who fought for Trump and tried to build the parallel institutions MAGA needs.

They are Jewish traitors who care more about their Jewish supremacist project in the middle east then America, they would never even think about trying to save you. You and me are nothing but goyim to these people. They weren't happy with the immense privilege given to Jews in America they needed to oppress Goyim even more directly in Israel and now they got punished for it
Fat subhuman americattle applaud as they are led to the slaughterhouse. Many such cases throughout history.
