Through some lazy and not-so-lazy google searching and have come upon a few of articles of interest and have decided to make a bit of an effort post
1. A site called rocketreach which scrapes linkedin profiles for information, and had a page on a 'Timothy Jenkins' from Maybrook, that was also in SUNY Orange

Initially I was unsure of how to go about validating if this is him or not, but it is a Timothy Jenkins from Maybrook New York; though the graduation dates from SUNY Orange don't match up, I reckon that could be put down to Tim the Dope Addict having the long term memory of a potato and completely misremembering his own graduation date.
On here it lists his previous work experience as working at LEGOLAND? Would appear to pair up well with wanting to work at toys r us, both roles would require being around toys and kids; it creeps me out and makes me shudder honestly. He started and finished working there in 2021, I wonder if he left on his own terms or if he was 'invited to leave' for some reason.

2. Looking more into the SUNY stuff, and trying to cross reference a possible graduation in 2018 as well as the article showing a 'Timothy A. Jenkins' graduating in Fall of 2020; I recalled that Universities will sometimes post graduation ceremonies to YouTube, and so decided to look to see if I could find any footage of the ChickenDeek himself turning up to a graduation ceremony. It doesn't seem that SUNY Orange does graduation ceremonies, but instead they do 'Commencement' ceremonies, which are sort of like more generalised graduation ceremonies.
I got articles listing the graduates for
December 2018,
May 2019,
August 2019,
December 2019,
Obviously Fall 2020,
May 2021,
August 2021 and
December 2021 (I can go on, they aren't hard to find)
I also found photographic evidence of the participants for commencement ceremonies in
2018,
2019 and for completeness,

as well as video footage for two commencement ceremonies that were hosted online in
2020 and

Interestingly, the only mention of a Timothy Jenkins is in the Fall 2020 article, there is nothing in the December 2018 article which I believe adds weight to my theory I stated above about the linkedin profile, though I would need to find the May and August 2018 graduate lists to be 100% certain; was only able to find a list of December 2018 graduates however.
After scrawling the flickr photos and not finding anything, I decided to dig into the YouTube footage
Going through the 2020 ceremony became an absolute chore, plus there was no mention of him in the 2019 graduate articles so I skipped to the 2021 video
Lo and behold,
we get a hit
Unfortunate he opted not to provide a graduation photo for a memorable event; but based on the pictures I've seen of him, I imagine he must have been too embarrassed to show his face
3. Just searching bing with '"Timothy Allen Jenkins" New York' brought me to
whitepages (
archive) and I found this address for him which is pretty much the same address as what we've got listed in the OP, except the house number is 302 instead of 306; also apparently he is related to a
David A. Jenkins (
archive) also found on whitepages, who lives at the same address. A landline phone number is available for him without a premium account.
Interestingly, David (and by extension Timmy) used to live at 304 from 2000 to 2011, however they moved to 302 in 2010
Overall, I think this tells us a few things:
1. Timothy has a two year associate's degree in business
2. Timothy has a track record of trying to find excuses to be around kids, first by working at FUCKING LEGOLAND
then by being a YouTuber, and soon to be working at Toy R Us
3. Timothy's middle name is Allen, I'm not sure if this already known though, but can help for digging up more info
4. Timothy's father's name is David A. Jenkins
Additionally, I think this also means that Timmy lives at 302 Saracino Drive, rather than 306 that we have listed in the OP
Also has he ever said anything about working at Lowe's before? I feel like it's come up in the past, if the LinkedIn is his (and I believe that it is) then it states him as still working there
