It's more likely that she's just using her real voice now rather than trying to sound cutesy. You notice it with tons of vtubers, they start out trying to sound more anime-like, but eventually switch to their normal voice. take Cali for example.

Suisei as well is another good example. With her it even went so far as she had doctors tell her she needs to quit doing the cutesy voice and just speak more naturally because it was contributing to her voice and throat issues.

It is unlikely. It's a little bit easier to see in other pictures, but Watson's wall message isn't written onto the wall, it was printed out and put up on the wall which is usually a sign that the talent is not there in person
