It always starts when she's caught in the first lie, and escalates as she's caught in additional lies. The donut live started out with her being asked about the "floor doorbell" and REALLY escalated when she was called out on her inability to wash her feet (which she has admitted to in the past).

Speaking of the floor doorbell (thanks to @lol cow supreme for identifying it in his wonderful autistic way), she insisted that it's a router that Salah put there so they would both have reception. She doesn't use a computer and does everything with her phone. Surely she has a cell phone plan, and reception in that particular building must be fine. The only explanation is that she's too cheap/broke to pay for a cell phone plan. BUT! if it really is a router, why wouldn't she have just brought the phone over to where it was to PROVE IT!? Oh yeah, even if it is....it's none of our business.

Isn't she mostly wearing her shoes without socks? I doubt she's putting them on since she's shown she has to contort her body to get them on. And she's living in that blazen hellhole so she probably goes without them to get more air.
She doesn't walk much, but her shoes always look like they're busting at the seams. I also remember a pair of flipflops from the sit and spin video that were compressing her toes the way her ring compresses her finger. Since her sugar is severely high 24/7, her nerves are probably not gonna recognize cuts or abrasions. And with someone in her state, anything is a potential risk. Not wearing socks is only gonna increase the friction within her shoes, too.
And she's also said she doesn't wash herself down there (the only Muslim tenet that made any sense so far). Let's remember this is the same woman who shit herself on stream and came back online in four wo minutes, most likely not having cleaned herself up.
