Some degree of affinity for violence is healthy and is part of why we connect with violent fiction in many contexts. There are also those who are unhinged in their relationship with violence who are also attracted to the same media in a different way, with a different intensity. While it may not shape you, your engagement with fiction does reflect who and what you are - otherwise you would not choose to engage or have a reaction.

Pornographic depictions of child-like figures, consumed to satisfy sexual desire? Even a little touch of what one would have to be to resonate with such material in such a way is less than good. I suppose, ironically, I do agree though: the fictional materials in and of themselves are not a problem. If no one was aroused or drawn to it, there would be no problem - in fact, it would be unlikely to ever be made outside of possibly for shock value. The issue is the people who feel certain ways about it - and they are, unfortunately, not fictional.
