The shear levels of delusional impotent rage on display here are remarkable. As is normal for him he look sto be trying to twist the actual history to support his his bizarre errant knighthood for hookers.
- Apparently the brothel in question had been shut down by the city for repeated massive code violations and unsafe conditions, just weeks before Dennis Hof's death.
- Dennis Hof apparently left no will and did no estate planning. Leaving much of his business empire in a confused and conflicted state. One of his daughters was on the business license for some of his brothels. But not this one.
- Some of his properties may have been part of a trust the Dennis Hof Foundation.
- It appears that following Hof's death in 2018 the Trust may have been tasked with splitting up the assets to distribute to his kids or whoever the court specified.
- He had been publicly estranged from his 2 oldest daughters from his first wife following numerous accusations of bad acts, such as sexual assault. politics and other scandals. It is almost certain at least one of them merely wanted to cash out the estate and move on from the whole sordid business. So there is or was some legal battles over who inherits the kingdom.
- There does not appear to be any lies or misrepresentation regarding who purchased the property. Nevada Ranch Holdings LLC = Jan Jensen of the Jan Jensen Project, and anti-sex trafficking organization and "Hookers for Jesus" would appear to be up front about who she was. The Trust was well aware it was unlikely to be re-opened as a brothel. By the time of the sale it was a major health crime and fire hazard of condemned mobile homes. It had received no maintenance or upkeep since the day of Hof's death 5 years earlier. Jensen offered a $1.3 mil cash deal. $150,000 over the asking price. They were the highest bidder among 14 bids for the property. We can probably assume one of those bids was Russ's bizarre offer of pocket change and investors. The Foundations Fiduciary Obligation would be to take the highest big. Nothing else.
- Russ had "investors" willing to match or exceed $1.3 mil cash? It's pretty clear Jensen's organization flagged Russel as a psychotic idiot retard right away and just ghosted him.
This is probably something worth keeping an eye on. As should the need arrise it does provide a nice "taylor made" non KF related example of just how delusional and seemingly unstable shitlips is.
