To be fair I think these pictures were mostly when it was in its abandoned period, but it's pretty obvious these decaying trailers were sick, sad places of despair even when it was in its "prime."

You don't, especially in real estate. You can't build whatever you want on your plot, esp. something that devalues nearby property. You can't demolish a protected historical building. You may need to repair a historical building in specified expensive ways, within a specified timeframe, or sell it. You might need to let archaeologists dig around the place before you're allowed to bring construction equipment. You might even be required to operate the business largely as was to sustain tourism to the location or something. Lots of restrictions in real estate. They might not apply to the gross coomer's favorite biohazard lab, doesn't mean they can't apply to anything ever.

Barring actual laws or restrictions and covenants in the papers transferring ownership, and most land in the middle of nowhere, these are very limited and rare, you can do anything legal with the property you wish, including demolishing a whorehouse.

My guess is a lack in social interaction. He has no friends and no family to interact with on a regular basis, so his speech skills have atrophied. Kind of a "use it or lose it" prospect. It's like with Chris-Chan. In the videos of Chris when he was younger and still having regular interaction with people outside his house, he sounded relatively normal. But as he got older and spent more and more time locked away inside his house with just his parents to talk to, you could hear his speech skills decay as the years went on. I think as Russhole has become more isolated all by himself, his speech has become more incoherent.
